As a Currier it is frustrating having to call our customers every few visits to explain to customers that this Burger King is out of what they wanted, especially on Sundays. Yesterday, a customer called us to say that they didn't put mayo on their burger but the mustard they they requested not to have on it. When curriers receive orders from there, they are usually sealed shut, so we apologetically explained they would need to call Burger King directly, which they responded that no one answered the phone. The order already took 8 minutes longer than the scheduled time door dash gave us. The other day, they were out of fries (what?!?)! We put in a mobile order for food. They explained at the ordering that they were out of coke (Again, What?!?)! I ordered a Whopper with no cheese and pickles. I prefer extra pickles but the option for extra wasn't available for that deal. We had to wait like 10 minutes (when it takes 4 to fry) for French fries. I can appreciate having hit french fries soon, ok). Got our food... Our burgers were just warm. No pickles at all. Go to try and have pickles put on it and am told they have run out of pickles. They get the mobile orders just like you send them. If they had told me they were out of pickles I would've ordered tenders but nope. The employee that told me they were out of fries acted put-up on to answer why there were no pickles on my burger. Maybe the person in charge of ordering needs to prepare better. It's always later when we end the shift. I guess we'll stick with Taco Bell or Wing Stop.wq
(Update): Dashing the other night. Lobby was closed, so we went through the drive-through. Asked for our order and told them the customers name. We were told to pull up. We did. Then they told us they didn't have original chicken, shakes or (get this) ketchup! This left us asking customers for a substitution for 4 orders. This, of course, meant reduced tips for us. The next day they were still out of ketchup. Very disappointing for the customers and all dashers...
Read more3/4 of our order was completely wrong. 2 out of 3 burgers were completely wrong. They only gave us 1 of our 2 orders of mozzarella fries and gave us 4 orders of French Fries in various sizes instead. We also ordered the fiery version and got regular. They also did not tell us prior to ordering they did not have lettuce for our burgers. When we went back to have it fixed they had locked the door to the dining room and we had to go through drive thru and waited almost 20 minutes for them to come back and still give us an order of regular mozzarella fries and hand us bacon and cheese wrapped in a burger wrapper to throw on one of the burgers instead of fixing it. So the cheese didn't melt on the burger because we had already had it food sitting and cooking for 20 minutes plus however long it sat when they were making the original order. We should have known it was not going to be a good place to eat when I tried to use the restroom before we ordered and felt as if I was ice skating on the floors because they were so greasy. I just had a knee replacement surgery and this could have been extremely dangerous. This is a very good Burger King, and most of that is due to the incredible Owner and Manager, family man, always helpful, always friendly. He does an awesome job teaching employees the right way to work. They’re always fast, the employees are usually friendly and helpful, and the food is, like I said before, and American classic. Yes, like any fast food chain, they mess up sometimes, but they are very good about replacing it and making it right, especially the owner, it’s not all about corporate, or all about the money, and that is very rare nowadays. Tullahoma has a PLETHORA of food chains,restaurants, diners, but to be honest it’s hard to find good people and even good food anymore. So if you’re smart, and have read this far to make sure everything is correct, I promise it is, you can check my review list I’m 100% honest, and this is an amazing Burger King, remodeled, kept clean, good amount of parking, and order ahead on the app works better here than most places, especially with rewards.
