Worst experience of my life not only for myself who left with scabs but my best friend (who also left with a bleeding head) after paying over $400/each for our hair we were forgot about in the chair multiple times & pushed off to other stylist every appointment bc Tris was “overbooked” & booking her clients too close together. Katie messed me up .I am not the type of person to come out like this but this girl truly f’d me up and fried my hair up so bad that now it’s so thin and everytime I brush it , it all falls out in small pieces and crunchy af.
