The Stand - American Classics Redefined — Restaurant in Tustin

The Stand is a burger joint that I've seen around before in other cities and looks like they opened a brand new location here in Tustin. Stopping by on a Saturday night, the place was already jamming and pretty busy. Even though there was a line, it only took about 10 minutes to order with super friendly service and a great menu breakdown of all the lovely items they had. After ordering, I got a number and seated myself outside.

Here are the items I got: *ABC Burger: I loved how easy it was to customize the burger. I got it with the ranch on the side and with a turkey patty instead. The end result was perfect. The burger was a nice, meaty size filled with avocado, bacon, and cheese. Perfectly toasted. *Fries: The fries personally were great for me. Not overflowing and thick! I got it with ketchup and their sweet chili aioli. Both were terrific / great complements. Wish the container the sauces came in were a little deeper for maximum sauce dipping but super happy. *Fountain Drink: I loved the selection of drinks they had. In particular, I wanted to try for their flavored agua fresca (forgot exactly what it was but it was green so something like kiwi?). It wasn't too sweet and perfect for the mood I was in.

Would just advise ordering ahead on their busy periods especially in the weekends! Lots of tables inside and even more outside.

I have been ill and didn't want to cook dinner. I saw the Valentine's Day BOGO deal so thought it was an opportunity to get two meals while recovering. I ordered online and went to pick it up. It was ready for me and they checked if I needed anything else. When I got home, the food was still warm and well packed. Last time, they forgot to give me salad dressing so I made sure I got some this time. The flavor of the burger was good but I wish the bun was toasted and warm. It was kind of dry so I ended up removing the bottom bun. The chili fries was good and the fries weren't too soggy. However, I think I would just order regular fries next time as it wasn't worth the price. The quinoa kale salad is our family favorite! We never get sick of it and try to get it as often as we can. We love the crunchy quinoa and the dressing is to die for. I don't really like mint in my salad but you really need it in this salad. I plan to order this salad so I can take it to work and share it with my coworkers. I enjoyed the food and will definitely order through the app again. I have never dined in, so next time I would like to try the food fresh at the restaurant. The Stand has a great variety of food for the family. Great...

As of the last 3 months. This has been a staple for my family. We've been eating here at least twice a month.

I have a little one whose palette is well... That of a kid. I on the other hand like new, varied food. The stand allows me to not just stick to burgers. I like the fact that they have a big variety AND their sauces and pickles that are made in house are excellent.

I've had burgers, salads, mac n cheese and chili fries. Their salads are stand out! Kale Quinoa crunch is a go to! The honey lime vinaigrette pairs excellent with it! Sorry for the TMI but it'll clear you out! As of lately I always get a side salad with the CHARRED CORN VINAIGRETTE! So good!

I think I've found a go to order: side salad with charred corn vinaigrette and a regular order of chili cheese fries!

Self serve pickles. C'mon now. I also always have to have their picked jalapenos with ANYTHING. Their fire sauce and jalapeno and charred scallion aioli is addicting.
