I had a terrible experience today and feel like I wasted $80 (including tip). I left feeling wronged and incredibly disappointed.

As a male, I felt like my nail tech assumed I didn’t expect a high-quality service. She cut my nails unevenly, left my cuticles poorly trimmed, jagged, and even bloody. I initially left quickly because I felt out of place and uncomfortable - note, she was also on the phone during my session which is very unprofessional, but after realizing how bad the results were, I came back hoping for a solution.

Instead, I was met with gaslighting. She implied the issue was my fault, upsold me on a polish that didn’t suit me and felt overly feminine for my taste, and then charged me more—despite the fact that my nails were already poorly handled. On top of that, I felt deeply uncomfortable as staff laughed and spoke in another language while I was expressing my concerns.

You can say "I want you to be happy" all you want, but it doesn't fix my nails. I have my nails done regularly and only came here out of convenience—I'm in sales and value my appearance. If you do too, do not make my mistake and wait for your usual place to reopen.

This experience was so disappointing that even a refund wouldn’t fix it. Please make my $80 dollars worth it by considering going elsewhere, All I want in return is to prevent others from being...

My first experience here pre-Covid was great. The woman who gave me a pedicure even gave me tips on how long I should leave my nail polish on. It was the type of service I had never received before, and it turns out, haven’t received again.

I have been here a handful of times and it seems to be getting worse each time. The last time, the woman barely gave me a massage although I paid extra for it. Her hands were just resting on my foot, not moving, at one point. She hurt my toe while cleaning so badly that it actually hurt for a couple of days afterwards. She didn’t give me any time to pick out a color in the beginning or let my toenails dry at the end. It all seemed rushed and like she didn’t want to be there.

I would say if you like the Happy Nails chain, try another location. That is what I am going to do next time.

MY NAILS ARE THRASHED!! I’ve been to this location a few times and the day after I got gel one time, the next day the color started turning brown. Buttt the last time I went my friend and I tried DIP for the first time and the next day our nails started chipping off. A week later every single nail was chipped and now two weeks later my nails have never been more thin and are literally peeeling and breaking.
