Iām nearly 50 years old and this is one of only two online reviews I have ever written, evidenced by the fact Disc I am writing this from my husbandās account as I donāt even have one. But I had such a disappointing experience at this location I feel obligated to provide feedback on my experience. I live in Tustin Ranch which is no more than a two minute car ride from this location. I have been purchasing my hair care products exclusively from this location for over 20 years. I went in several minutes ago to purchase the largest sized bottle of conditioner from the Pureogy line. When the lady behind the counter rang up the charge, she told me it would be $98. She had already taken my phone number before ringing providing me the total. I inquired if the 20% discount would be applied. She told me no and that I should have been receiving points all along. I told her I have not, that Iāve used this facility exclusively for all hair care products for over 20 years, and this was the first and only time a 20% discount was not being offered. She just stared blankly at me. To say she lacked any form of customer service professionalism is an understatement. I told her that if the location would no longer offer any form of a discount to a loyal buyer, then I would be forced to go to Ulta which is right down the road. She told me fine and turned away. Also I love the staff at this planet beauty; they have been doing such a wonderful job and I am extremely impressed; espically with Amalia! AMALIA (hopefully I got her name correctly spelled) has helped me with my sensitive skin and the issues I haveā been having with finding a great toner and a good regime to alternate with between eye creams and lotions.

Jackie also went above and beyond on helping me with an issue that was not even hers to begin with. She provided me with options, explanations, and support throughout this whole process. Lastly, Jackie followed up with me today to make sure I will be getting my refund and an email confirmation as well with that information. From the moment I walked in I was cheerfully greeted by staff and they had an item that I needed ready to go in the front counter (I called before to confirm if they had an item I wanted in stock after I just had a really bad experience at another planet beauty store).
