
I was trying to make authentic Japanese Miso soup and needed Kombu and Bonito flakes to make Dashi with.
I couldnt find it anywhere!
After living in Twin Falls my entire 26 years of existence, I Didn't know this market existed! On the eastern side of Twin Falls on Addison Ave. no less. I always thought it was just a U-Haul Store.
They had both Kombu and Bonito Flakes! Along side a seemingly endless selection of authentic noodles, seasonings, spices, and many other ingredients for many other international dishes! If you need some hard to find ingredient for a dish thats not american, go here first and support this local oasis of authentic Asian goods. Everything was priced fairly in my eyes! Especially in todays market, imported goods are expensive. However, I bought what I needed for the dish and then some for less than $25.00.

Read moreWe went to have pho at the Pho/Indian restaurant, not knowing it's actually the same place as the Asian supermarket. We had beef pho, regular size, which was plenty for one person. Broth was good enough, beef was fresh and delicious. Their hot oil sauce was really spicy, which hit the spot! Place was clean/price decent. The waiter was very friendly. We did browse around in the supermarket. Things look good. They have most of the essential items. Oh, we also had boboa tea/drink there as well....

They have all kinds of seafood and Asian snacks that you won't find anywhere else in town, the staff is super polite, and all prices are clearly marked AND very competitive where they do share products with other stores. For example, the largest bottle of Sriracha here is $2.99, while at many other grocers in town its greater than $3. I can't speak to the restaurant inside, although they are the only pho joint in town, and the juice bar is clean...
