Heather and her vinyasa-style yoga offerings, whether online, in-person at an outdoor setting, or in her sweet Revel Yoga studio space, are TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. She is a highly-experienced teacher and is very welcoming and encouraging for both new-to-yoga students and those who've been practicing a long time. Pre-pandemic, I took her in-studio classes regularly and now, I am so grateful to be able to continue taking her classes online via zoom. I've also really enjoyed the outdoor classes she is now offering keeping everyone safely 6 ft. apart! She has made the transition from in-studio to online very well and is now also offering a few classes in-person at a local park and at an outdoor yoga studio she has created. Heather's classes are typically challenging but students are always free to make modifications and do what's best for their bodies. Her excellent teaching, sequencing, great sense of humor and top-notch music playlists, help make you push harder and enable the time to zip right by. Heather's classes are always very grounding but especially now, even more so, at this time when the world is so upside down. She has a team of exceptional teachers on her roster-- so be sure to give her other teachers on the schedule a try as well. They are all quite good. I've been taking Heather's classes for more than a decade and am still always eager to get back on my mat with her...

Which brings me to possibly my favorite thing about yoga: It’s for everyone. I’m not thin and I have short legs and short arms, but I can still do yoga. At Revel Yoga, there are men and women, young and old, and short and tall people. Some of us are a little larger and some of us are a little smaller. For a long time, I believed that yoga was only meant for a certain body type, but yoga is for humans. If you train BJJ, the only place I strongly recommend is...

It's a real whole body and mind experience. It's why I've continued to practice with Heather for over ten years. You'll fall in love with this amazing place and won't want to practice...
