My husband and I were in the union area after visiting some friends and decided to check out some cabinet stores. We had previously gotten quotes from other business but did not like their selection / services. We were greeted by both Sam (owner) and Patricia and they did not push themselves on us and let us look around at our leisure. Patricia is A.W.E.S.O.M.E to work with, she simply knows her stuff and gives you her honest and genuine opinion vs trying to sell you merchandise. I don’t know about you, but I hate being bombarded by sales representatives and Sam and Patricia are not like that at all, they’re very friendly.

My husband and I ended up purchasing not one but two cabinet orders from them (Sam is affordable and extremely willing to work with you and your budget). We ordered our main kitchen cabinets AND a kitchenette order for our family room.

We chose the countertops, cabinets and hardware from Union Cabinetry.... and due to COVID and manufacturing shortages, some items were delayed. Sam (business owner) literally bent over backwards to try to get our shipment on time and when that did not happen he UPGRADED our entire kitchen to better cabinets than what we purchased ! To top it off (we had serious problems with our contractor who left the job undone) , when I reached out to Sam , he sent a trusted contractor who came and finished the job professionally. Sam is a DIAMOND and he truly cares for his business and his customers. Everything about my experience with Union Cabinetry was fantastic! We found this business by accident & couldn’t have been more thrilled with our end result. Sam & Patricia were nothing short of amazing— always very responsive and patient to our many questions as first time home renovators. Our cabinets were well-priced, on time & beautiful. Sam and Patricia made sure there were no issues on delivery & install day and kept us updated the whole time. We also used a quartz company they recommended and are very happy with the end result as well. We had a minor issue with the island we ordered being too large for our townhouse. Sam immediately called us to explain our options. Sam knew we didn’t want to delay the installation of the countertops so they pushed to resolve the issue that morning. We really appreciated the extra care they gave us to quickly fix something that was our error. George helped us from start to finish with all of the installation that came with our project. He foresaw issues we couldn’t have anticipated with our inexperience in renovation and helped us get the right products (like the right fitting hood, lighting, etc) for our space. It was great to have his expertise as we re-designed our kitchen. He never pushed a design on us and was patient to explain our options to us. I happened to pass by on Morris Ave in Union NJ while I was shopping for new cabinets. My wife and I was greeted by Patricia and that’s all she wrote. We ended up getting our cabinets from Union Cabinetry. What an amazing experience. We are so Happy!!! Patricia took wonderful care of us. She is Honest and straight forward. My God, I wish everyone was this honest and helpful. In addition, pricing is also great. They worked with us and helped us so much. Patricia went out of her way to help. And talking about Knowledge. Patricia Knows Her Stuff— Very Good at what she does!! She is always there for you and after the cabinets were installed, they were there to help and advise. If there were any issues, they fixed it, unlike some other places that make promises but never helped once the sale is completed. Patricia and Union Cabinetry are there before and after to help.
