TLDR: Membership is worth the cost if you plan to go more than once in a single month. They take zero responsibility. It is moderately noisy. The food, seating, and bathroom areas are not clean. The parking is okay, but lacks clarity and fails to provide adequate disabled spaces. Minimal supervision, free-for-all place for kids to get out energy but at risk to health and safety.
Where to start…
You have to sign a lengthy waiver for each person, child or adult, who will be jumping; basically if you break something, get paralyzed, or die, they aren’t responsible. There are lockers to rent, at the time of this review they were $5; while I did not need to use them, from the outside they appear to be large enough to put shoes and some personal belongs inside such as a purse, coat, etc. The access is digital, so you do not need to bring a lock to use them.
The food and drink prices seem comparable to other park type places, more than fast food, and closer to the price of sit down restaurants; from observation only, questionable quality. If you have a monthly membership, the prices are slightly lower, at most a few dollars.
If you plan to visit more than once, membership is the best option - the price for one day is almost the entire cost of the monthly membership. Membership requires a card on file and is auto-renewed monthly. If you cancel the membership you don’t get a refund for the unused portion but your membership is valid through the end of the current pay period. Military discounts are available, but only on socks.
Seating is plentiful inside near the bathrooms, though several tables are wobbly and could use some basic maintenance. During my visits, I observed a few staff on the floor, but no one cleaning, with many tables being used by multiple groups with no cleaning or sanitizing the areas between use along with several bits of trash on the floor.
The bathroom (women’s) was messy and in need of cleaning. At least one stall was without toilet paper, purse/coat hooks inside the stalls broken and unusable, and there was only one working soap dispenser. A roll of Scott’s paper towels on the counter, the paper towel dispenser was either broken or they didn’t have proper towels to put in it. Trash on the floor of the stalls as well as around the trash can. The bathroom did not appear to have any signage to show the frequency or schedule of any cleaning, leaving me to assume they only clean at night after closing.
There seems to be a decent amount of parking spaces available, however if you have a guests with you with limited mobility, be forewarned, there are only two handicap spaces which are only marked by very faded and worn paint, no standing or posted metal sign. All of the spots for parking are in desperate need of fresh striping, many, if not all, are difficult to see making organized parking a task for the many people who already seem to have trouble parking properly in a space. Upon arrival, there were several cars parked in the middle spots that were over the line or very clearly angled in AND over the line.
Management should seriously consider areas to improve the health and safety of their employees and all guests as there were many things that could reflect poorly on this establishment if continued...

We went on 09/13/24 for a birthday. My family and I have visited Defy probably 5 times over the last year, so far from being regulars but visit often. I felt bad for the mom throwing the party, this was their first (and last) experience here.
There was ONE extremely frazzled worker supervising 100-150 crazy kids, most without additional parental supervision. This poor worker would alternate between opening the zip line, high jump and general floor supervision, with kids yelling at her, tattling to her, complaining to her. She was visibly/verbally frustrated by some of the kids and constantly looked on the verge of a profanity laced meltdown (and for good reason, those kids were really not nice kids that night).
There were a lot of things closed and/or roped off. Whether it be for repairs or changing to be consistent with Sky Zones brand was a toss up. The Wipe Out style jump area has been closed even when it was Defy, but there was also a large hole in the ground where a crash bag used to be (only roped off), a purple trampoline closed with cones that said Danger (narrowly stopped my autistic child from going on that, unsure if it was truly a danger as it appeared fine), no employee stationed at the swing or trapeze, there are missing tight ropes and cloth swings. There was a guard in a bullet proof vest wandering around, a couple people staffed to work check in and a couple others running food. There are mats tearing away from equipment and at least 1 really soft spot in the plywood flooring by all the back trampolines that seems about ready to collapse.
My friend was charged a full price party despite renovations and/or repairs occuring or even being told about them in advance (these are expensive parties). She booked the party for 6:30 but upon arrival was told that her room wasn't available until 8:30. When she said her party was booked for 6:30 she was told the kids jump first before they get a room and that's the way it always is here (but that wasn't communicated to her at time of booking). I didn't recognize any staff from prior visits so I assume it is all new staff, there's obvious issues since they were definitely understaffed.
Sky Zone, you should have just closed for a couple weeks while you rebranded/transitioned as opposed to being open under dangerous conditions. Between the repairs/renovations and lack of staff to help supervise for safe play I'm surprised there were not any injuries while we were there. You got lucky! Or maybe not since we all sign the waiver...
Read moreWe booked a party for my grandson’s 8th birthday. We had been there before for my granddaughter’s birthday in May and it was a great experience. But apparently they have new ownership and new policies. We arrived 15 minutes early. At that point we were told that we’d have to stand in the lobby for the first hour and wouldn’t get into a party room until the second half of the party. We suggested that they let people know of that when they book the party because in May that wasn’t the policy. I went to the snack counter to order some food and was told they would have to ask if they could serve food at that time. I said,”You mean you don’t always serve food?” And the associate nearby said in a very rude tone, “Not when we’re making party pizza we don’t.” This confused me because I was told they were booked all weekend and I can’t imagine that they would stop serving food to the rest of the guests. I was told to come back in 15 minutes for my corn dog order. When I came back there was no one at the counter. I waited 5 full minutes and finally had to ask at the front desk for help. I was told to wait for 24 seconds and my order would be ready. A few minutes later I was told it would be out in a minute. When I finally got my food it was burnt in places but I was hungry and ate it anyway, standing in the lobby waiting for our room. We were escorted to a party room an hour later and it was a disaster. A mess from the last party. Liquid spilled all over the floor and tables and benches. Cake also all over the floor. All the decorations were still up from the previous party. Trash everywhere. Garbage can was full. We had 15 minutes until our own guests arrived so we helped clean the room and get our own decorations up. I used the bathroom which was as much of a disaster as our party room. Water everywhere, toilets unflushed. Paper towels and toilet paper littered the floor. I was told the men’s bathroom was as bad. When I returned to the room our “party host” had disappeared and didn’t come back until we were almost done with our hour. I guess I was just so annoyed with everything because the whole thing cost over 400.00 and my expectations were high after a good experience 5 months ago. When I complained at the time of payment I was offered a quick apology but no offer for a conversation with the manager and no offer for a discount or any other compensation. We left feeling that we would never go back. If you are considering a party at SkyZone understand that this could happen again. Bring your cleaning supplies, and expect a lot of terrible service. I can’t believe that I paid so much for so...
