Ok i came here on a hot evening and they were running a 2 cheeseburgers for 5 dollar deal, which is great great. I also ordered a combo with onion rings and a smoothie. Which I was unset about because of the price, was pretty steep. They charge alittle extra for upgrading to onion rings and smoothie from frys and soda. Which is totally reasonable. My issue was the ammonut they upcharge is not inline with their menu prices. Basicly the computer program (which i understand they have no control over) does not earse the full amount of the fry and drink before adding the price of the onion rings and smoothie. Ok so the manager apoligized for that and thats fine. Its not their fualt its coraporate Dairy Queen i guess. But then they also forgot my frys in my order, probably in a attempt to get a upset customer his food fast to try and appease me. So i go back get my frys and by this time i am alittle more irked. I leave get in my car and look in the bag and they THREW IN A EXTRA CHEESE BURGER FOR THE MISTAKE. BOOM FREE BURGER BABY!!! Thats what i am talking about, going from 1 star to 5 with a single act!!! Upset Customers just want to know you hear them and understand why they are upset. For the cost of one free 2 dollar burger they earned back a weekly customer, (my son likes blizzards). Thank you DQ, for knowing how to handle a mistakes and knowing how to fix them. I recomemd this store because this shows if there is a mistake they will try to make it right. And thats all you can ask for in life!...
Read moreWe ordered a meal for our family of 3 on Friday. We got a kids meal and 2 ultimate baskets with rings and order of ff. About 1/2 way through our meal we realize that our burgers are not right. They are not ultimate. They are missing a patty and bacon on both. I take them to the front, the guys says he's so sorry, they have a new cook and they will remake them..I return to our table. Then the "mamager" comes up with a bag and says that they will only give us 2 cheese burgers "made like ultimates" as they were half eaten. I said that's not what we ordered as as they were clearly not ultimate that they should honor what we ordered. She said that is what the gm said to give us, she was very rude, and told us to take them or nothing. We asked to speak with the gm and she said they weren't in the store, so we asked her to call, which she refused and said she would not let us call. Her customer service was non-existent and since they could clearly see the mistake was on their part, they should be made it right! I will never return to...
Read moreedit. came back 7 months later and surprise surprise! ladonna was our cashier again and she was very rude. 1030 in the morning rushing our order again, open sign was not on. asked for coke got to the window she said you ordered Pepsi right? so we asked for mt.dew. she said that's not what you ordered the first time. just an unpleasant person. maybe don't make someone who's so rude the face of your store.
2 stars for food 1 star for customer service. I understand it is fast food and I don't expect 5 star service but when taking orders in the drive thru employees should have more patience. the lady taking our order, LaDonna, was very rude. she was rushing our order asking is that all, is that all after everything we said and telling us to pull around before we finished ordering. she was yelling at the cook in the back and just overall an unpleasant experience. we were the only car in the drive thru. I've worked fast food so I get how overwhelming it can be. but when it's slow maybe don't rush...
