I have done all of their existing escape rooms now, and I can say how great they are at the overall experience. You walk through the door and from beginning to end you feel welcome and part of a team with the game masters. They want you to win and want you to do well, but best of all, they strive for everyone to have a great time. Their three existing rooms are all well designed and their puzzles are challenging, but always solvable. Here's an in depth analysis for each room:
Puzzlemaster: Obviously their hardest room and meant for those who have done a few rooms before in the past. It's a good challenge and it's many surprises will leave you giddy even if you don't make it out.
Through the Rabbit Hole: My groups favorite room and their newest one as well. Even if you don't like escape rooms, the atmosphere is so great I encourage people to spend the 30 dollars just to walk in and through. The design is one of the best I've seen and it's break away from locks keeps everyone immersed throughout the whole experience. The puzzles range from easy to challenging and is a perfect room for those who want to go with a group ranging in experience. Fun for the whole family.
Sector 13: There is one part(I won't spoil) that I've never been as afraid to do something in any escape rooms. And it was only the beginning. Throughout the room, the puzzles are some of the best. This room had the best beginning to any escape room I've seen, and the atmosphere is well done. This room is definitely meant for those older puzzlers and I would not take the family through...
Read moreI came here with a big group of 10 and they had no problem fitting us in. Escape rooms can be hit or miss, but this one came highly recommended and it didn’t disappoint.
My date and I showed up last, so I didn’t catch our game master’s name. She was a friendly blonde woman and did a great job with our group. We can be a lot sometimes, but she handled us well and kept the energy fun while getting us ready for the game.
We did “The Lair of the Puzzlemaster” and it was definitely challenging, but also really fun. Everyone in our group had their own way of doing things, so it got a little hectic at times, but we managed to escape with five minutes left. We asked for two or three hints when we got stuck, and the game master also gave us a few helpful heads-ups when needed, especially for parts that had a limit on how many times you could try something.
Overall, it was a really fun experience. Customer service was great and the location kind of added to the atmosphere. The building feels a little off the beaten path, almost abandoned, which actually worked with the theme. If you’re looking for a solid escape room to check out, I’d definitely...

pros: The story and ambiance are GREAT The staff is super friendly and they really do care about their people enjoying themselves.
Cons: There's really only one con. That is that some of the puzzles weren't working quite right. Examples: There was a magnet puzzle, but the magnet was barely strong enough to complete it. We ended up shaking the puzzle a bit to get it to work. One of the padlocks wouldn't open with the right code input, and it was not spring-locked. We thought we had the wrong code and started looking for other codes. It popped open on it's own like... 10 minutes later when no one was touching it.
There were two other puzzles i can specifically recall with problems but i can't really post about without spoiling things. I love puzzles and escape rooms and have done several. I understand losing because you run out of time, but i felt like the biggest challenge of this room wasn't the puzzles, but was troubleshooting the puzzles. It was frustrating.
The people are really trying and the room was lovely with a great story, and i've heard great things of their other rooms, so maybe we were...
