I regularly rollerblade from here all the way to the end of the trail in Exton. It's sufficiently paved. Occasionally there are some rough spots, mostly road crossings not super maintained. But lately the worst of them have been repaved. Not super beginner friendly, but if you're interested in skating just over a marathon in length (total out and back), you won't have much trouble.
