The owner of this establishment should pursue other opportunities for the sake of the restaurant industry itself. I wonder if he or she has ever watched their staff in action.. probably not if these are the people they hired. We were a party of six and each couple ordered a pizza for lunch. Pizzas came out one at a time (not to mention burnt) and we waited ten minutes between each. We never got the napkins we asked for and please see attached photo for how we received our silverware after asking our waitress multiple times. Her response to slamming a plate of unrolled utensils on our table "Jesus Christ everyone is driving me crazy here today." After tolerating our tasteless pizza we promptly asked for our checks. Another employee told us she would split them for us because our waitress was nowhere to be found. We listed each individual item ordered, she wrote it down & came back with incorrect checks... three times. Our waitress reappeared and said she would fix them.. they again came back incorrect. We were finally fed up and just paid them as is because it was too painful to deal with the staff any longer. Once leaving, our waitress followed us out explaining that the other employee had written down the order wrong after she had already done so multiple times.. Do not be fooled by the welcoming decor. California Pizza Kitchen had a wait so we came here instead. Learn from our mistakes and spend time waiting for a table somewhere else instead of wasting it suffering through interactions with the people here.

This was an interesting, higher end pizza place. They have two styles of pizza, small round ones that feed 1-2, and longer rectangle ones that feed 3-4. We had one of each, different types, and the crust seemed to be identical between the sizes. Their pizza oven appears to have been gas fired, bit the pizzas turned out very well. We had a traditional pepperoni pizza as well as a fancy "shroom" pizza without red sauce. Both were cooked well, with minimum charring, but they were a but tough to pickup and eat with your hands, as the slices were really thing and the crust wasn't stiff enough to support the pizza. Prices were as expected for a higher end pizza place, but much higher than a normal pizzeria. Service was friendly, but it did take longer than I expected to get our food, and when we inquired about where our second pizza was, they mysteriously said that they had to "refire" it, and it would be out in a few minutes. (That should have been communicated without us having to ask.) All that said, I would still eat here again.

I was very excited that this was opening up in the Town Center. I love a good wood fired pizza! That being said I have very high expectations. I ordered a Margherita Pizza and a "Don't Call Me Shirley", a fun twist on a Shirley Temple. The drink was very refreshing, albeit a little sweet for my taste - but it's for children so I can understand. The pizza was your standard Margherita pizza, the dough was very good and fresh, but there was a little too much sauce for my liking which made the slice a little floppy to hold. The sauce was also nothing too special, it was still a good sauce. For it being wood fired pizza, I would have expected more of that signature char to come through that one would expect from a typical wood fired pizza shop in Philly. Overall, not a bad spot to come for wood fired pizza in King of Prussia as I believe it is the only one in town.

(To whom it may concern, and hopefully this will be to someone higher then the “manager” at closing time on Saturday 02/19/22 at the KOP Town Center location). My partner and I arrived at 9:15 and was kindly greeted by a friendly hostess, and I apologized for the arrival time since I was aware that they were closing at 10 and wanted to make sure that it was still okay to have dinner. (Both of us have worked in the restaurant industry). I informed her that we would be quick and knew what we wanted to eat as fairly frequent patrons to the restaurants other locations throughout the area. Our server was very sweet and open to us being there at that time. I’ve never had a negative food experience at any of the pizzeria vetri locations. (And yes I get it’s a new location but an established restaurant brand with multiple locations should send experienced staff to train and raise up and motivate the new crew). If anything the only “negative” time is when we ordered takeout from the Devon location once and the manager was kind enough to take time out of her night and self deliver a pizza to correct the order to our home. Devon, Rittenhouse, and by the art museum have always been 10/10. I miss the location in Wayne. The town center location is a joke and an embarrassment to the rest of the locations. And unfortunately it falls on the lack of professional management. Never have I been told to stop providing constructive criticism and been told to leave if I continued to. (Check the camera footage, she was that rude). What restaurant do you go to (when it’s not even busy) when you’re eating with someone and you each order an entree, mind you both are pizzas and one comes out 15 minutes after the first one. When I’m having dinner with someone I’m not going to eat my entree before they even receive theirs. And trust me the food is great, I could have eaten it way before hers even came close to arrival. What it comes down to is a lack of management, and the poor excuse of it comes when it comes out of the oven is a joke, if on the same ticket there are two pizzas why would a restaurant that at all other locations holds such a high standard send one out 15 minutes before the other. Needless to say I had 1 slice, the rest went in a box since it was cold by the time my partners came out and I immediately asked for the check and a box for hers. The “manager”, that title of hers is like me calling myself a CEO, and I get it, it’s hard in this market to find the staff that you would prefer to hire. But the disrespect and the attitude was mind blowing. I have never been talked to by a restaurant “manager” like that before and if that’s how she handles justified criticism I truly wish that location all the luck in the world. It truly is a joke to the rest of the pizzeria vetri family. Thankfully the other locations are great, because I will be returning to them. Town center I’m sorry, and it’s not the main staff, it’s the management, you failed, and made an a** out of yourself and the name...

Stopped at Pizzeria Vetri for dinner while shopping at the KOP mall. Waited 5 minutes in line to order to only be told we could seat ourselves in the eating portion of the restaurant and be served with a waiter. The waiter without many words placed menus on a table and pointed as she walked away. We decided to sit at the bar where we felt ignored for the next 5 minutes. Finally received menus and already knew our order. They were out of Prosecco and white wine on tap so I couldn’t take advantage of the happy hour specials. One of our pizzas arrived, without the stand, without plates or napkins or silverwear, then the stand was tossed at us. I had to ask for plates and napkins. The second pizza came 3 minutes later, no stand this time. The pizza was cold, not even luke warm. Didn’t get any server attention until we were eagerly trying to pay and get a box. This took another 10 minutes. They were understaffed for a holiday week. To top it off, finally got our receipt after paying, but no pen so had to hang around. If the food tasted better, I’d give them another shot, but was disappointed by the whole experience. Would not...
