Her Hide Out — Attraction in Upper Providence Township

My experience with this store always revolved around my love of Pandora. I loved to go there and would purchase Pandora items when I could. I never had any complaints until the day I went there to take advantage of a Pandora sale. It involved purchasing a certain amount and then the customer could choose anything from the line for a certain amount. I was very very surprised when I had a tray of Pandora charms put in front of me and was told I could "only pick from the tray". What I wanted wasn't even on there and the sale involved choosing ANY charm with a specific price point. I proceeded to pick from the tray. I was actually buying $125 times 2. (I was accessing the sale twice. So for $250 that I was buying I should have been able to pick ANY 2 charms that were worth $75 each. I didn't understand why the owner said my choices had to be from a preselected tray of her choosing. Later I called the Pandora store in King of Prussia and found out that the Pandora sale by the company was NOT the way the owner portrayed it. I then called the owner and she told me she did not have to honor a Pandora company sale the way the company was doing it. I asked her why and she said "I lose money if I do the sale the way the Pandora company is running it." Okay, I was purchasing TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS WORTH AND SHE WANTED TO BE STINGY. I will never go back. When I now shop at a company store they treat me like gold. I feel APPRECIATED! I hope this helps other people to not get treated like this by going to a true Pandora store. Her Hideout has the perfect amount of everything. There's no other way to describe the store. The staff is super friendly and informative. They also standby their warranties that come with the jewelry and don't give you a run around like other boutiques do. I recently had a necklace repaired under warranty through them and they kept me in the loop with the status on the repair. When I came in today to pick up my necklace I was also shopping for a my mom for Mother's Day and a staff member listened to my budget as well as listened to things my mother likes then helped me find the perfect gift for her within my budget. I bought a Pandora ring not realizing a stone was missing. Took it back for an even exchange. Wore that ring once and a stone fell out again. Then had to take the ring back again and they woul only repair it rather then do a return for my money back.
