Dined here in celebration of my Grandmother’s birthday last week. Everything was phenomenal; the fresh inviting atmosphere, the thoughtful and kind staff, and of course the delectable fresh cuisine seasoned and cooked to absolute perfection. Their transparent honesty is showcased at the top of the menu where you’ll see a list of the nearby farms of which the current menu is sourced! The menu changes seasonally so you can rest assured knowing that the food is always in season for the best flavor and the freshest you will find in the area. Our waitress Kaitlyn was so patient, accommodating, and kind from the moment we sat down. When we needed a bit of help deciding, she was so helpful in the personal approach to the recommendations she gave. My mom went with Kaitlyns recommendation to go with the local lemon kale pesto rigatoni adding Salmon to complement the lemon flavor whilst adding a bit of protein to an otherwise lighter plant based entrée and she couldn’t have been more pleased! I got the jerk-rubbed ahi tuna steak, my sister got the jumbo lump crab cakes, and my grandma, who’s not typically the most adventurous eater, got the vegan eggplant parm. Everything was mouthwateringly delicious and the farm-to-table freshness was undeniable although I think this chef is talented enough to make a cardboard box taste good haha. Seriously love this place. Absolutely worth the price especially when you compare the quality of ingredients to similarly priced restaurants in the area. Highly recommend to anyone with a taste for sustainably sourced fresh, wholesome, and delicious food. The chef, Karim Daba, went around to each table taking his precious time to genuinely connect with every guest ensuring that they were pleased with their meal. When we told him we were there celebrating my grandmother’s birthday, he didn’t even hesitate to say “It is?! Well then dessert is on me!” My grandma ordered the peanut butter parfait dessert, my sister enjoyed the banana dessert, and my mom and I, our stomachs full from the main course, went with cappuccinos. Kaitlyn was so sweet in that she put a little candle on my grandmas and we sang happy birthday. The chef revisited our table after we enjoyed the desserts and chatted for a bit. Although the food would’ve been enough to rate this place 5/5 stars, the staff is truly what sends it over the top! Such genuine, caring, and hard working people are hard to find nowadays, but Harvest makes it look easy. A special thanks to the chef, Karim, and our waitress Kaitlyn for going above and beyond to make our visit, and my grandmas birthday, exceptional! We will definitely be back again soon. I should also mention that we have been to the location in North Whales and although the food was almost as good and the atmosphere was similar, the Collegeville location is the star when it comes to the most important aspect of any notable restaurant; the incredible staff that makes it all possible. We are truly grateful for the experience so memorable that even my 86 year old grandma will never forget!...

I'd give it a minus five if I could. So tonight we booked a table for 8pm. Arrived slightly late, about eight minutes or so. We tried phoning several times, only for our calls to be ignored and nobody bother to answer. Upon arriving at the restaurant, as soon as we walked through the door, a bar tender shouted over from the bar area (the kitchen is closed), his tone and whole body language was just off, impolite and downright rude. He then put his towel down and walked over, and a young girl approached from the rear of the restaurant too. We explained that we had a booking for 8pm, she said well the kitchen closes at 8pm and we said, no we booked online (via OpenTable) and have the booking confirmation. She then walked off and so did the scruffy looking bar tender who was just stood there looking at us. Then I'm assuming it was the manager came to the front and began picking up the menus (this was now at least 8.20pm), he did apologise and offered to sit us down to eat. But unfortunately this was too late. My fiancée was really upset at this point thanks to being spoken too and stared at by the rude bar tender, and we felt that they were blaming us for the complete screw up with there sevice / booking etc. We were told that we should of phoned and said we were running a few minutes late, we explained that we did and nobody bothered to answer. Tell me Harvest, what is the point in allowing bookings for a meal at 8pm, only to be told upon arrival that your Kitchen is closed at 8pm and no longer serving food? Also please tell me, how you can allow a scruffy looking bar tender who looks more suited to be working on the bins, to speak to customers that way and then proceed to stare at them? Further more, why then suggest customers call you and yet nobody even bothers to answer the phone?

We are that disappointed and will not be visiting this place again EVER, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, unless you like being treated like an idiot.

As said at the beginning of this review, I'd give this place a minus five stars if I could.

Just to add, we ended up going to Firebirds restaurant just a few doors away, and had a much more pleasant experience there. Excellent staff, very polite, friendly and the food...

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Harvest is unreal good! Everything from the experience, to the food, to the drinks, to the staff to it all. It’s farm to table fresh food with a rotating seasonal menu. You get the best of everything there and a lot of it is good for you!

First the location is in a very busy shopping center right on the corner with plenty of parking behind it in the couple lots. The restaurant is very well built. Plenty of booths and seating at the bar looks plenty. It’s well lit but gives an upscale romantic vibe to it. Great for dates and celebrations. The kitchen is open and you can witness the staff making the phenomenal food in front of you. The staff was great. Our waitress was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and the great things at harvest.

The food is out of this world good! I 1000% recommend trying the cauliflower wings. They are just one of a kind and can’t be compared. I also recommend the everything edamame. I love edamame and this is probably the best I’ve had. No question! These two appetizers are a great way to start your meal. For dinner me and my wife got the crab cakes with root vegetables (imagine veg medley) and mashed potatoes. The sauce that’s with it is different than a traditional crab cake sauce but it’s got a nice old bay seasoning on it that just makes it a great combination. My wife got the roasted winter squash rigatoni and it was a great portion size and just an excellent sauce that made it just explode with flavor on every bite. These chefs killed it!

The cocktails were right there with the food. This is a wine drinkers paradise. Great wine selection and plenty to choose from. They have sangria flights as well! My drink was an excellent harvest fall bourbon. Similarly to an old fashioned but they were so good! I could drink a couple of them!

Overall this place is awesome. I will be back for sure! I...

Went here for dinner on Friday evening with my husband. I have celiacs disease so require gluten free foods and I was here once before and was so excited at all my options. This time was weird. Our server was lovely and there were still many options however they included a beer cheese (not gf) on our gf cheese board. When I questioned which of the 4 cheese it was, the server didn't know and he sent the executive sous chef out who also didn't know. Not sure how you are sending items out without knowing what they are or if they include an allergy. This was pretty concerning since it's an allergy and they boast about being allergen conscious and avoiding cross contamination. I chose not to eat 2 of the cheeses bc no one could tell me which was the beer cheese although it never should've been on my plate in the 1st place. They did apologize and comped it but i could've gotten very sick. The rest of the food we got was just ok, lacked some serious flavor and seasoning, and my husband's filet was raw instead of medium rare. We sat outside since it was a beautiful night, but since the patio is right at the major intersection, there was so much traffic and honking that it was not enjoyable. Overall our experience was lackluster with the exception of our server Adam who was just as concerned as I was that this happened. Very disappointing since there aren't many restaurants I feel comfortable eating at and I thought this was safe but now I'm not sure I would return.
