Nice to have another option close by for the kids to play. Hoping the issues were because they just opened and they're working out the kinks. Right out of the shoot, I was trying to get information online and it was like pulling teeth. After some back and forth I was finally able to extract the information I had been looking for but man, why 3 emails? Can't purchase tickets online which, to me, it strike number 1. I am not interested in lining up trying to get a ticket when there's only 1 register and they go through a 5 minute dissertation. Pricing is fine. At this time, you pay for 1 kid and get 2 adult entries (which is amazing). Hopefully that will be standard moving forward. Their card only (no cash) policy is a bit off putting. I generally don't want to charge $1.59 to my card for some water. Which brings me to strike number 2. The 'no outside food or drink'. I get it. Most places are like this. However, most places offer more than just some chips, cookies, cheese sticks, uncrustables, and candy. Where's the actual food? Is this why you include the 'come and go' in your ticket price? You expect people to leave, eat lunch, and come back? Hopefully they are working to get something else or let people bring in their food so they can enjoy the day. Next time I will definitely be bringing my own water because there were Stanley and Owala bottles everywhere! The lighting and music levels were much better than some other places. I didn't get beyond the tables to see what was behind the large climbing structure. Not understanding how this place would be attractive/fun for kids over the age of 10 (kids are 16 or 17? and under according to their site). Overall, it was fun for the kids which is all that matters to me. Will we come...
Read moreI canât say enough great things about our experiences at Kids Empire Collegeville!
Weâve visited many times since they opened, and most recently celebrated my twin sonsâ 3rd birthday there - It was absolutely fantastic! All the kids and our party guests had a wonderful time.
The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely easy to work with. Their communication was excellent, and they remained attentive throughout the entire event. A special shoutout to Katie for her exceptional service. Her upbeat and bubbly personality was a hit with both kids and adults. Itâs clear she genuinely cares about creating a fun, memorable experience for everyone, and she went above and beyond to make our celebration extra special.
Kids Empire Collegeville took care of everything for the party, which made it completely stress-free for us. They provided delicious pizza and cake, along with fruit snacks, unlimited juice, soda, and water. They even included all the party essentials - decorations, goodie bags, tablecloths, plates, napkins, and a cake cutter! One of the highlights was Huggy the Dragon mascot dancing with the kids - it was absolutely adorable and brought so much joy to the party.
Party time slots are available at 10:30 AM, 2:00 PM, and 5:30 PM. We chose the 5:30 PM slot and practically had the place to ourselves, which made for an even better experience. I highly recommend that time for a more private celebration, as earlier slots tend to be busier with general guests.
If youâre considering bringing your kids to play or hosting a birthday party at Kids Empire Collegeville, I cannot recommend it highly enough. Itâs a fantastic venue with amazing staff, and they truly make every visit and celebration...

Itâs clean and so much fun for parent and child . When you sign your waivers in person or online before you go then your all set besides paying . $20 and up to 2 parents are free. When you pay they give you a king receipt which allows you to use all day long which means you can leave after having fun and come back later to have more fun again . So cool!! The electric motor cars are operated by using a card you load points or whatever they call it there . It rides super slow and itâs safe for kids just as long as no one is mounting at start line then child has to stop until next child pulls out . The staff goes inside play area to check for any children left behind or anything alarming to them which is awesome . We were there for hour and a half and lady went in there three times . Slides are super fast so be ready lolâŚ. They have cute boxes to order for under $7 and comes with drink , pb&j, a side and choice of chips .
