Unfortunately decorating this year I am reminded by my kids of our missing Santa plates. I brought my children here last year to be able to meet Santa and paint a plate with their hand prints. This was on or about Dec 10th. We waited excitedly for our notification to pick up the plates for Xmas eve. Kids were excited to be able to use them to leave cookies for Santa. (This could be the last year this was our tradition, so it was very important to me.) No calls, texts. No notifications that our plates were ready for pick up. So we happened to be in the area the week of Xmas, only two or three days to go. So I called the studio to ask if they were ready. I spoke to an associate quick to get me off the line. I explained what we created and what day and that they were advertised to be completed before Xmas with the nature of the item being used on Cmas eve. They said if they were ready you would have gotten a notification. I wanted them to look for them. No, no offer. The associate said they’d let me know when ready if they were and hurried me off the line. Clearly they had more important things to take care of then an exsisting customer. After Christmas I was finally able to get connected to a manager to confirm that our plates had been finished the whole time and no idea why the original associate didn’t offer to look for them. A discount of 10/20% to come back and paint more items was offered. No empathy or accountability taken for their poor expectation setting or lack of communication with customers. $100 wasted. My children’s Christmas spirit crushed, reminded again this year. We did not go back to use the discount. Why would we spend more money theres a chance our items would be lost or never given to us again, especially when we had asked for help multiple times. My children and I loved to go here previously for multiple occasions and I would recommend them highly. The level of service has unfortunately declined which is crucial for expectation setting around such an important...

When we went it was for an adult's birthday party. We called and made a reservation a week ahead for 10 adults. When we arrived they had put two round tables together, which was barely enough room for 6 so then they added a long rectangle table.

We were placed in the front window area so anyone in the middle of the table didn't have room to get out when they needed more paint or supplies without everyone on that side moving. The air conditioning didn't work the day we were there, and they weren't able to get the window shades to close so we were really hot. Once everyone had started painting they gave us the option to move, but by then everyone's pieces were wet.

They gave us a quick introduction to different painting techniques and said they would help if we wanted to try them, however we had to be pretty aggressive get assistance. Two people had techniques they wanted to try but just couldn't get the help. (For some of the techniques they had to mix special ingredients in so you couldn't just do it yourself.)

When we went a week later to pick the items up we had to wait because several needed sharp spots from the glazing sanded down. They couldn't find one piece, and were searching for quite a while, and they also told us one piece had not been fired yet. Then we got a call a couple hours later that it had been finished, they just had gotten it mixed up.

They did give us two free session fees for our trouble, but overall it was quite frustrating and felt very unorganized.

I would say if you are just going with one or two people, or with a child, then it might be a better experience. But if you're trying to do a group event, then pick a...

The studio is always clean and organized. There are plenty of pottery options, with fair pricing. And the staff has always been friendly and helpful. This new location in Bethlehem is great - just as open and spacious as the previous one, if not more. Parking has never been a problem - we just do metered parking out front.

We hosted a kids' birthday party here, and it was SO worth it! The staff member was great with the kids - patient and helpful. She took care of everything! And at the end of the party, she even insisted that we did not need to clean up the party area. Honestly, at first we just crossed our fingers and hoped that we would get close to our money's worth. We walked away thrilled with our experience! If you have a crafty/artistic kid, this is the perfect...

I brought my daughter here for a mother/ daughter day to celebrate her birthday. We decided to do mugs together. There were so many things to choose from. I had never done this before. I am giving 4 stars because I was unaware that they mark the bottom of the cups with numbers or I would have incorporated it into my design. I wouldn't been surprised when I picked it up that they scraped off my paint on the bottom. Also, because I was not happy that the outside part of the handle of my mug had paint missing in a very noticeable patch. It was not like that when I turned it in. For what we paid, I would have hoped they'd have been more careful with them while they're wet or when loading the kiln. My daughter's mug turned out beautiful though!

We really enjoyed ourselves. Walk ins are permitted, they also offer party packages. You can bring your own food and beverages BYOB. Adult and kid friendly positive atmosphere. You pick your pottery... prices vary. There is a studio fee which is p.p. You get to take your time there is no rush and they offer a nice variety of colors and stencils. The pottery has to be baked and sanded, you have to return in 2 weeks to pick up your finalized pottery. Plenty of metered street parking.
