Had a very irritating hour spent at the store just trying to exchange a bracelet my grandma got me for Christmas. The sales associate let me know they didn’t have that specific one in store I said no problem do they have something similar, she shows me a few and I find one I like. I also tell her I was interested in getting two clips for my bracelet as well, she shows me the pillow and I see ones that I like on the pillow says $35.00 I said I’ll take both. As she goes to check me out she lets me know my total is $179.50? I go what ?? She goes oh the clips are ringing up as $50, she explains they were but back incorrectly and placed on the wrong pillow that says $35 ( i understand it’s holiday things happen) no problem I tell her never mind about the clips, I’ll just swap out the bracelet. She then tells me the total for the bracelet is $60? I go I thought it was an exchange she goes oh well this bracelet is $60 more?? Why wouldn’t you tell me then when showing it to me. Because I would’ve easily told her in just looking to exchange it form something in the same price. Not only did she waste my time, my entire lunch break ,her own time by showing me things that were way over what I was looking to just exchange. I walked out with just a gift receipt, when I was really looking forward to getting a bracelet that fits but also two clips. And instead I’ll have to...

Sunday, September 21st, I had the BEST experience at Pandora! Mely was amazing—she helped me so much with ideas for charms and rings, even sharing her own collection for inspiration, and she had endless patience with me. Fawn was also wonderful, showing me so many beautiful charms and rings, and Catherine was kind enough to entertain my kids while I shopped.

The entire staff was so welcoming and helpful. I spent quite a while deciding, and they never rushed me or made me feel pressured. To top it off, Mely even cleaned all my charms and bracelets!
