Arrabelle Ice Rink — Attraction in Vail

I was excited about the chance to skate, but disappointed with how poorly the rink was maintained. I was one of the first people on the rink the day I visited, and it hadn’t been zambonied in a while. Unfortunately, I hit a patch of bumpy ice and fell hard on my knee. After reporting the injury and the bad ice, it took them an hour to rope off the area. It seemed like the rough patch was a result of the walkway above the rink. I’ve been in pain for a week with the bruised and scraped knee - I couldn’t recommend this rink to anyone because I wouldn’t want it to happen to...

I took my kids to the rink to skate for the first time. It was cute and they loved it. However, as an above average skater, I could tell the skates were incredibly DULL. It was impossible to push off and skate and even I fell down. Considering it was the beginning of the season (Thanksgiving), I really had higher expectations. Please sharpen the skates!!! It could have been a much better experience...

First time ice skating in Vail and we loved this ice rink! The price was as we expected, the skates fit great and the lady at the counter was wonderful, very friendly! We loved that it was in the townsquare as well. There is a gelato and coffee shop steps away for a treat after! *Only thing that took an adjustment was that the ice was a little choppy. It was not very smooth but still very easy...
