RockResorts Spa at The Arrabelle — Hotel in Vail

It was my first time in Arrabelle, I have always stay at the Ritz however for reason however for the amount of $$ we pay expectations where high well what a disappointment upon our arrival we were told we can only have service in our room once out the 7 nights, the staff couldn't get in the room not even to delivered room service. in the meantime the gym was open and never clean people will coming in out no one employee will come in and check my hands where dirty from the weights and equipment. we shipped a box and i needed to call 4 times to get it in my room, the fire alarm was going off couples times, restaurant menu reduce to 3 items. Staff at the check in no to welcoming, front desk at the spa terrible service. overall was awful we leave 2 days early because not even our towels got change after 5 days. OVERPRICE....

I was scheduled for a massage, the first of the day. My reservation said to get there early which I did. No one was there until they opened and I was not taken back until about 5 minutes later. I sat in the back for over 30 minutes waiting on someone. Finally, someone came back and told me that there was an accident on the road and the staff was delayed. It would have been nice to know that so I could have waited in the other spa areas. When I finally got a massage they cut it 10 minutes short. I was give 10% off my massage. I went back later that day to enjoy the rest of the spa, the steam room and hot tub. I surprised my boyfriend with a trip to the Arrabelle Spa while we were visiting Vail and it exceeded all expectations! The locker room has a large relaxation area that really set the tone for the rest of the amenities they offer with a spa appointment. From the relaxation room to the treatments to finishing our mini spa day up at the rooftop pool and hot tub, it was easily one of the highlights of our trip!
