Camas Med Spa — Attraction in Vancouver

The new aesthetician Lilly is very personable and professional. She is easy to talk to and listens to my input during laser hair removal procedures. The front desk is friendly, but not great at communication. When they had a change in employee, they didn't give me a heads up that there was a new person doing my procedure before I walked in the room. Luckily I am really comfortable with my body and it wasn't a huge problem. It is just a situation where communication would have alleviated the surprise element of it. UPDATE: Yes, Shannon, I know that Lilly has been my aesthetician for my past four visits. I was speaking on the employee change when Yanna left and I walked in thinking I had an appointment with Yanna. It was a surprise that could have been avoided with communication. I also have a friend who had the same thing happen to her when Yanna left and when she came in for her last appointment and she was expecting Lilly but had another aesthetician instead. Since it was not just me experiencing the suprise changes, I thought it could be constructive to mention it when I was sent a review link today. Lilly has a personality that makes her recognizable beyond her new hairstyle. She is an awesome person and makes my visits fun...

I was very excited to find a new place for my monthly facials. However I feel very disappointed with my experience here, the office is very clean and they use the best products. I was very excited because they use the ZO brand that I love, front desk was very friendly.

However during my treatment I felt like I was trying to be sold additional treatments. The one that stood out the most was the laser hair removal “special” they had going on. Instead of being asked if I was ever interested in hair removal, I was basically insulted for the hair on my arms. It was very uncomfortable and very pushy. I was not a fan, I had really high hopes for this place but will be finding my services elsewhere. Again great products, great front staff and the location was perfect for me but pushing for additional products and the insult for minimal hair growth on my arms is the reason I will not be coming back here. I have been gong to Camas Med Spa for 2 years now. I have had several procedures done from Micro-needling, JuvAderm, Botox, and B12 shots. I live with a TBI (traumatic brain injury) and they are so kind to me. Everyone is very patient and understands if I can make it in to pick up my B12 injections to having to reschedule my filler/botox appointment. They are sincere and really do care about you and your well being. I 💯% recommend Camas Med Spa to anyone looking for skin treatments to body sculpting. They do it all with highly educated and experienced staff. Olivia is a Registered Nurse and now has come over to this side of the river and she is helping people to feel great about themselves.
