I was in the middle of a movie and went to go get more snacks and a refill on my beverage. Only 3 registers open with 7 people standing behind the counter. Now i have no problem waiting my turn and when i was next in line the gentleman at the counter had to go on break so didn’t want to help me. I work customer service so i guess i understand that. What was unfortunate the next line i was sent to another person had stepped on in front of me and i was trying to be understanding of that he was a little bit older. He proceeded to ask the girl at the front counter a million questions and not purchase anything!!! By the middle of his questions i asked if i could at least just purchase my snackies that i wanted but with the now 6 people back there no one could ring up a regular customer or even let me come and purchase it after the movie… i know that’s not how it typically works it’s just unfortunate how UNCLEAR the lines work at this location… i easily could have been helped within 2 minutes but had to jump from line to line for 10 minutes… I wound up leaving my movie and i will not be returning to this location any time soon! I will be contacting regal for My points back and for a refund on the money i spent on tickets!! Please be more aware of who was there...
Read moreI took my kids to see Endgame as our first visit to this theater. NOT opening night, but a Sunday for 6pm showing. We arrived about 25 minutes early as we travelled a ways to get there. Wanting drinks and popcorn, we got into one of the concession lines about 4 people back from the front of the line, and stood there for 35 minutes! There were only 5 people behind the bar working concessions, and they didn't seem to have any sense of urgency to work quickly so we could get in our seats before showtime. This was super stressful as we watched our 6:15pm movie time go by. The person in charge of our station disappeared to the back for some time, apparently getting more popcorn. THEN he went back again to put the popcorn away???? Meanwhile more and more people are stacking up in line. Add to that, a small popcorn, two bottles of water and 3 candies were $29. $5 for a bottle of water that's $1.89 anywhere else? We saw an RPX movie, which was fine, except for the loud squeaking noises of the seats around us. I get that leather is easier to clean, but it's a very bad choice for this venue. Overall even my 13 year old son said it wasn't worth the extra trip in to...
Read moreBest theater experience!!! This is an update from when wrote 6 months ago. WOW 😳 I can't believe the deal @ Regal.😋🎊 Even though the cost per month went up from $21 to $21.99 (I call it $22 cause it's easier to calculate the price per month). IT'S STILL A FABULOUS DEAL!!!! 🥰 So $22 ÷ 4 =$5.50 a movie. So you working folks can still see great films @ a very low cost. 6 movies would be $3.66, 8 would only be $2.75. It's literally robbery. 😎 Without any weapon. Then with the $ saved you get the popcorn, drink or candy. I love 😘 it. I see @ least 10 + a month because I will re-see the great one's 2 or maybe 3 times. At my Regal 16 they offer for those like me with hearing problems the glasses that show the words on the bottom of the lenses. I just ask for them & Regal checks them out to me. All you need to do is put your name & phone # on the clip- board. Then they put the code in for what movie you're seeing & you're good to go. If its a 3D movie they even have lenses that fit on the glasses. So go forth & enjoy the BIG screen...
