I would give 5☆ except for the fact that they were just NOT prepared for the Dinner Rush. The line of customers blocks the seating like it always has, and it was unbelievably busy. They hadn't made any Extra Crispy -which about 80% of people wanted- told us it would be 20 mins. Over an hour later, during which they did give us one drink and one cake (after OBVIOUSLY ordering for 7), along with many more excuses and apologies; the poor cashier waded thru the customers to bring me the bucket of chicken. ONE cashier doing the work -or trying to- of three. One cashier! Besides the massive waiting line, they had a bunch of Door Dash people clogging up the area where the self-serve pop machine was. They've GOT to fix that setup! And, of course, no matter where you went to wait, there was a ton of hacking and coughing and sneezing; snotty, sick kids, and people just too close for my comfort. Although they did give us the one drink and one cake, IMO they could have given us the meal at no charge, given a refund, or given us some GOOD coupons for another visit. The cashier tried. HE gets 5☆. The whole issue could have been avoided if management were to have the chicken ready and more cooking far before the rush started. And get rid of at least 1/2 the store-clogging...

(They were not busy at that time. ) Twice I called and they acted like they couldn't hear me, hanging up on me. So, my daughter tried to call. The first time, it went to fax machine. The second time it said their number was not accepting calls from her number. The 3rd attempt again went to fax. 4th try back to their number not accepting calls from her number and the last try their system was tracking her number. WTH, just answer your phone. We were in the parking lot and I then realized they hadn't given me my drink. I went inside and spoke to one lady who was not taking orders. Read moreWent thru drive thru at 445. Got home, order was wrong and missing items. Went back in, asked for manager and she said she would give me the 2 missing tenders and mashed pot and biscuit. They were out of biscuits at 445? Poor planning. And my tenders were cold at home so I asked for a meal replacement as I had to drive all the way back down. She refused, and walked away from me!! She told me not to tell her what to do, that I wasn't getting anything but a coupon for another time and walked away!!! I was incoviencented by having to drive back down. Replace my full meal! Manager was nasty...telling a customer to be kind? Just give me my replacement food the right way. Manager has alot to learn about customer service!! She was nasty. And to walk away and I had to ask for her again!!! ...
