1 star is one too many for this dealership! Sorry to all who have been scammed since July 29th by this group. This is when I purchased a new Silverado 2500 hd from Mt. Kisco Chevrolet. The reason for my purchase from this dealership was an incentive from Chevy, 5.9% financing for 84 months and no payments for 90 days. They had the color and options I was looking for. On the website they had 2 identical trucks, one on sale and one not. Prior to my phone call with their receptionist, I looked at over a hundred trucks online looking for lakeshore blue with my selected options. Mt. Kisco happened to be the closest dealership @117 miles from my home. I called in the morning of the 29th and told them I was interested in looking at the one on sale and the receptionist told me that the truck on sale was not available and I told her I would be interested in looking at the truck not on sale and gave her my number and I’m traveling 117 miles one way and if for any reason you sell this truck before I get there please call me so we can turn around and hit a different dealership with a similar truck. Before I left the house, my phone rang and Andrew my salesman said he would have the truck out front ready for us. When we arrived I saw the truck out front and parked. As we were walking towards the front door I spotted a new set of Cadillac keys on the blacktop. Picked them up and said to the wife, Good deed of the day! Walked into the dealership, handed over the keys we found and said we’re here to see Andrew. We took a walk outside to look at the truck, checked it over quick and told him no need for a test drive and let’s go inside and talk some numbers. Right away the salesman said they couldn’t go any lower than sticker price on the truck and I told my wife let’s go, I never heard of that! I have bought plenty of vehicles and dealer games and number shuffling are nothing new to me and I was prepared for this. After back and forth a couple times with the sales manager we eventually agreed on a lower price. I was satisfied with the deal we settled on til as we were signing paperwork I noticed the truck I was buying was the truck on sale!!! Stock number C40732! The truck that wasn’t available!! The one on sale!!! The one they were trying to charge me full sticker price!! The truck I was supposed to be looking at was stock number C40907! I looked at so many trucks online I had all the stock numbers memorized! I stopped the deal and went outside to the truck to make sure the stock number on the truck matched my paperwork!! I was steaming at this point and my wife was able to cool me off! I tried to get the sales manager to throw in a set of running boards to offset the crap they pulled and he said he couldn’t do anything for me but said I would have to speak with the general manager, Mr. Gray, who wasn’t available of course! We left there and drove our 117 miles home, tried to call the general manager a few times and left a message for him to call me back. Even gave him a couple months to respond… Nothing! I was hoping to inform him of the experience with his sales team but after no response it leads me to believe he is well aware! No follow up calls to see how I like the truck or how my experience with Mt. Kisco Chevrolet was! I feel they were never honest with me and never gave me a fair chance at making a deal! That’s all I wanted was a fair chance! This place doesn’t care about the customers, all it cares...
Read moreMount Kisco Chevy….This dealership has very poor customer service, very unprofessional employees, and they are Charging over MSRP for most vehicles. The sales people could care less if you buy a vehicle or not. There is a lack of inventory which means they over charge. They promote a “take or leave it type of attitude.” 3 weeks after I drove off the lot, now having 1000 miles on my truck, the dealership called me saying my loan was on hold. They said something was not submitted correctly and I would have to turn the vehicle back in. Keep in mind, I already traded in a $40,000 truck and put down $5000 in cash. They said it was my fault paperwork was submitted incorrectly and questioned the amount of money I made per year. Basically, they called me a liar and were infuriated the bank did not want to pay them their commission. Never once in my life have I been to a dealership that lets someone drive off with a $75,000 vehicle before finalizing the loan. Luckily, I was able to call the bank myself and straighten it out. The manager at the bank was blown away with how sloppy the dealership handled my loan application. There’s no way I would recommend family or friends to buy from this dealership. The carelessness and lack of customer service was Unbelievable. The first young man who helped me when I initially inquired about the vehicle via the internet was very nice and helpful. After that, it went down hill. This dealership will not let you bring in a loan from a bank, credit union, or cash. They make you use their finance manager to set up the loan. I was blatantly told that the dealership does not receive extra money if I was to bring my own loan or buy the vehicle in cash. I’ve never once in my life had an experience like this while buying a vehicle. I have good credit, make more then enough money, had a vehicle trade in, and a cash down payment. The first interest rate they offered me was 7.99%. After being completely taken back by that number, and almost walking away from the deal, they immediately brought it down to 4%. The higher the percentage they give a customer on the loan, the more money they make from the bank that is issuing the loan. I was absolutely disturbed when they told me how it all works. I do love my vehicle. That is literally the only good thing that came out of this whole transaction. I will never return to this dealership for any reason. Overall, I’m extremely unhappy with mount Kisco Chevy and wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to...
Read moreExtremely disappointed with the selling experience at the Mount Kisco Chevrolet dealership. Just started a lease on my new vehicle 2 months ago and I cant wait to be done with it so I don't have to deal with this dealership anymore.
For starters when me and my father went to go look at the vehicle and give it a test drive, we told the seller that we would be there on a specific date. When we got there the vehicle was not even on site to test drive, we understood and went to all other lots with the seller to look for the vehicle. When it was found it was in the last lot and we looked for an hour, then at that lot the gate was closed and we get the keys for the gate and come back, after we came back we open the gate and the vehicle was parked behind 2 other vehicles. So we did not get to test drive the vehicle that day. All was good an we weren't to upset because mistakes happen. We just wanted the vehicle and were really excited about it so we test drove it that weekend.
Later when we went back to purchase the vehicle we came with cash for the down deposit. They forgot to charge us for an extra accessory we got for the vehicle and when we reminded them about it and wanted to pay it off in cash someone that was not even our seller started to help handle the situation and sort of gave us an attitude for paying for it in cash. I personally got upset about that because we reminded them about charging us and we get an attitude for paying it in cash...
The final issue and our biggest is that they haven't sent us our bill for 2 months, my father enjoys having everything in order and we are upset that we are more worried about them getting their money then they are about getting their money. We keep on entering into contact with them and finally spoke to a manager, he said that he would take care of the situation last month and told us to call them at the start of November. I did and he said he would give me a call the next day. No call came in and I called them, told them to give me a call because now I'm upset that their has been so many issues dealing with them. The manager never gave me a call back and probably is dodging me, so I guess if they want their money they can come and find us.
Worst dealership experience my family has ever had and we have leased more than 8 vehicles for over 16 years. They won't seeing us again when our...
