Kesslers Diamonds - Germantown — Attraction in Village of Germantown

Long review but it’s for 2 different visits to this store. TL;DR - this place should be your first stop. Everyone there is amazing and they’ll get you what you’re looking for, but Ariel is my gal.

When my wife and I First got married, we decided that due to Covid and no work, we were going to just buy cheap rings off Amazon.

A few years ago, we were finally in a position to get her a fancy ring. She is very indecisive so I thought we were going to have a tough time shopping. Boy was I wrong.

Kesslers-Germantown was the first, and last place we stopped into. I can’t remember the name of the lady who helped me, but she was a rockstar. Asked a few questions on style and budget, then boom. we had a bunch of bands and diamonds in front of us.

They have tons of variety, their craftsmanship is second to non, and my wife found her dream ring in about 25 minutes.

Fast forward to about a month ago. It’s time to upgrade that $13 Amazon wedding band. I again choose Kesslers-Germantown first. Great decision again.

I’m greeted by Ariel before the door even closes behind me. I tell her my story, show her a picture of the current Amazon band we had, then we looked on the computer at her fancy ring mentioned above.

Ariel then pulls up a ring on her system that she thought would match perfectly, but it was at the Waukesha location. She sends a message over and they reserve it for me. Once again, my shopping took less than 30 minutes. By the way, my wife loves it and can’t believe how great of a job Ariel did at matching this new ring to her diamond ring.

By the time I drove from Germantown to Waukesha, they had the ring in a box, wrapped with a bow, in a bag with polish and all the documents.

I cannot stress enough how easy of a shopping experience I have received at this location. Not just once, but two separate occasions.

Kesslers-Germantown (or literally any Kesslers) needs to be your go to for any of your jewelry shopping. They’ve made my wife the happiest woman in the world, twice. Let them do...

I’m not one to write many reviews but we had an anwful experience here. My wife and I were married a month ago and we chose Kesslers for all of our rings (her engagement ring and both wedding bands). Before picking out her engagement ring, she visited numerous stores but liked Kesslers and was sized before there as she browsed different styles and selections. I visited the store myself a few weeks later to pick out a ring for her and relayed the information about her size and what I could remember about her taste in rings. I went to pick up this beautiful ring as I prepared for my proposal and it was an entire size off! When I proposed, I hired a photographer and we were unable to have any photos of the ring taken (it didn’t even fit over her knuckle). She got the engagement ring resized a week later and life goes on… right? Well, a few months later I visited the store and this time it was to pick out my wedding band. They insisted that they’d be able to get the ring in before our wedding date but it was now 3 weeks before our wedding and we still hadn’t heard any word of the ring arriving. So we started getting nervous. She called and they said the ring would be ready the following week. I went to pick up the ring and this time it was the wrong ring! I showed the woman the photos I had taken when I selected the ring and they told me to keep the mistake ring until they contact me when my ACTUAL ring came in. Well they never contacted me and again we had to call the store pleading and asking what was going on and if they’d be able to resolve their mess before our wedding. Thankfully, the ring that took 5 weeks to arrive originally appeared within a week and I was able to make another trip to the store to switch out the rings. Five and a half years ago, my husband purposed to me with a ring from a well named jeweler. Six months later we got married and purchased a matching wedding band from the same collection and jeweler. At our five year wedding anniversary my husband went to buy the exact same band as a gift to me, an anniversary band, but that jeweler didn't sell that band nor dealt with that supplier anymore. When we discussed a custom design to match our set, the price was twice as much as we paid for the original band 5 years ago! We were extremely disappointed. That's when we went to Kesslers to see what they could do for us. We worked with Ariel at the Germantown store. She was fantastic! She was very knowledgable about the process of getting a custom ring and knew the specifications about my wedding ring. We had spent hours at other jewelers, just getting minor details about custom design, but at Kesslers with Ariel, we were in and out quickly with all the information we needed. She helped us get set up with the custom design process that same day, they gave us a great estimated range of cost and helped us every step of the way. Even after a few hiccups in the process with work needing to be done to my engagement ring and wedding band, our anniversary band was still complete within a timely manner and was exactly what we were looking for. The anniversary band matches the wedding band perfectly. When I picked the ring up after it was complete, I was actually unsure of which ring was which and needed Ariel to help me see the differences.
