Geek Squad — Local services in Menomonee Falls

Brought in my crashed laptop to see if they could rescue my data off it before the OS had to be reinstalled. The fellow helping me was very rushed, took maybe 5 minutes to run a diagnostics on the computer before telling me it was hopeless, and sent me on my way.

Luckily I took it somewhere else, and within a day or two the other place had saved ALL my data and repaired my computer. Don't bother...

Bought new computer... Geek Squad told me that when I turn on my new computer that my desktop would have everything on it, all my files, all my apps.. but when I turned on my new computer nothing was on the desk top... luckily I had a friend who could transfer all my data from my old hard drive on to my new computer.. took 3 hours... so very disappointed with geek squad... won't be...
