Came here to see Respect because all we had were Regal gift cards and this is the only Regal theater in the area showing that film. I almost always go to Galaxy Theaters in Tulare or even the Regal Sequoia Mall on the other side of town which is an older theater but is actually much more comfortable but since it was free I was willing to give it another chance. This was my first time back in this theater since 2019. Last time my back and legs both hurt because the seats were very uncomfortable. Things weren't any different this visit. The seats are very hard and dont recline. I dont need a Luxury recliners but better padding and for the seat to just rock back a bit but they dont have that here. Seriously it is 2021 just about every theater everywhere has reclining seats. This theater should as well. The auditoriums have very sticky floors as well. So even though the movie was free with my gift card, it was not worth the pain I endured while watching it. The aisles are very small and my legs hurt badly from not having enough room to stretch them. This is now seriously the worst theater I have ever been to. The Sequoia Mall used to be the worst but now they blow this place out of the water and I highly recommend them over this painful viewing experience of a theater. Either upgrade your seats or just shut down. Seriously for the prices tha that movies cost we should at least be able to have a comfortable seat and we cant even get that here. For all Visalia residents trust me it is worth the drive to the other end of town to the Sequoia Mall Regal or even go the extra distance to Tulare. At least at either of those theaters you can enjoy a movie comfortably and not feel in pain...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is our first time here and I completely see why there's so many bad reviews. We had the worst experience ever. I came a day early to ask the manager about the stitch souvenirs and we were told they won't start selling anything until 1:45 pm. So we went off what he told us and what he told others and got there early however even waiting in line for over an hour and a half behind a long line they started letting people in way before that and selling all the stitch souvenirs way before 1:45 pm causing them to completely sell out cause by 1 pm we entered and they told everyone everything was sold out. This is completely unfair to everyone who was told not till 1:45 pm and waiting in line for longer than that. We spoke to the manager about it and he was so unprofessional about it blaming it all on his boss and others, he even refused to give a small discount for his wrongful doing and on top of all that he still tried to charge us for the stitch stuff that was already sold out. We brought it up he fixed his mistake but then gave us the wrong seats which was fixed by a different employee. Also the popcorn container was only $22.99 when we spoke to the manager the day before and on the day of release it was raised to $44.99. How is that even ok?! The first showing was supposed to start at 2:15 pm but it didn't start till 2:45 pm and for those who did purchase the stitch souvenirs some employees claimed there were no refills however the manager said that there was but only for today. Anyways the customer service here is horrible, the manager is plain out rude and unprofessional, the seats are uncomfortable and we definitely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe manager, Iām assuming she was the manger. A lady with tattoos was rude. Me and my boyfriend were late to our movie, and we tried to walk in and she asked us for our tickets. I showed her my tickets, but the tickets were purchased online. They didnāt have scan code. The email, clearly showed the proof of purchase, time and the name of the movie. She told me they needed a scan code. I texted my friend who was already in her seats to come and help me out. ( because she was the one who brought tickets for the whole friend group). While I waiting for her to come and clear up the whole ticket problem. The manager rudely says ā do you guys actually have tickets? Cause weāre just standing here doing nothingā and I told her ā my friend brought them online, sheās coming right nowā my friend comes, and she tells my friend the tickets need a scan code. My friend explains to her, she brought them online and thatās how they appeared on the email, and that another employee let them in like that. The manager repeats the same thing about the scan code, and that next time that we have to wait for the whole party to show up. ( which Iāve never had an issue about that) And she let us in. I can understand if sheās stress because it was busy night. The line for the snacks and popcorn were extremely long. But she was being rude no reason. When she stopped us, we patiently waited until my friend to come out, so she could clear up the situation. Overall Iām disappointed in her...
