I always read the previous reviews just because I curious as to low stars but we are all entiled to our opinions. I live out of state and wanted to send flowers to a relative in Exeter. I was able to call the shop, talk with someone, and have a bouquet delivered that same day. Not only that, but there was a selection that I was able to choose from! The staff member I talked with was so great in helping me select what to send.
