Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Walla Walla

If I could give zero stars I would! I order my pizza using the app to pick up at the pizza portal in Walla Walla. I get told that my order would be ready by 6:38pm. So I arrive a couple mins before hand. I park where I can see the counter and the pizza portal. When I arrived there was no customers in the store. I wait for 20 mins and still nothing on the screen or on my app telling me my order is ready. So I go in and to find out where my order is at. The front counter gal asked the other gal boxing the pizzas. She said it wasn't ready and it would be 5 mins. So I waited thinking my order was just coming out of the oven. I was wrong. They sorted through a stack of pizzas that had been sitting out and not in a heated cabinet. They handed me the order and I told them everything was cold. The front desk gal took a look at the pizzas and never felt the bottom of the box and told he it was straight out of the oven. Needless to say I was very upset. I had been waiting for 30 mins when i first arrived. When I questioned it, cause they were cold, all she said to me, in a snarky tone, was "would you like to wait?" That was the worst and most unprofessional experience I have had at any of the little caesars I have been too. I will be calling their manager along with leaving this review online. Needless to say my family is forced to eat cold pizza because none of them understand prepaid online orders go in the pizza portal which keeps your order hot and I will be telling everyone I know not...

Order # 202209 & 210, 4:15pm Ordered 2 Cheese breads, 4 crazy sauces for the Cheese bread and one pepperoni pizza. Clerk told me I could not get the sauces I would have to order the stuffed cheese sticks, II told her I always get sauce , she told me I could not get it with the cheese bread, I ask her "Your telling me I can't buy crazy sauce, I do it at least twice a week. She told me, Oh you can buy it, ( I had not ask her to GIVE it to me) She was very snotty.. She then set out 3 pizza's and ask for $34.31. I told her that was more than it normally was, but to give me my receipt and I would talk to the manager. She then picked up the 3 Pepperoni Pizza's, to give me I told her that was not what I had ordered. .She informed me I had ordered 2 pizza's, No I had not, and she was holding 3.The clerk processed a credit and my order came to $21.27 (correct amount) I ask her name and she refused to give it to me......Very Very snotty...

In Yakima WA, Nob Hill - lil' caesars pizza * received VERY POOR customer service and what's bad is I kept going back thinking it was just a rough day but NO. I went back 6x's, each time I ordered "6 lrg" pepperoni pizza's, sat for 45 minutes give or take 5 minutes. I would go to the counter to check and was told it would be "ANOTHER" 15 to 20 minutes. Apparently calling in my ordered didn't help either I still had to wait for almost an hour. Twice I was apologized to an was told that my order had been given by mistake to other people. I wondered if it was all six pizza's or maybe 2 or three at a time. Hmm. All I know is I WILL NOT be spending my money or be getting my pepperoni pizza from this pizzaria any time soon. But I did get an apology, I guess - Yeah by the way I was treated I don't think this review matters I don't think my business mattered...
