POLICE WERE CALLED. Read this review!!
My friend and I were enjoying our drinks in my car which was parked in the parking lot between Dutch Brothers, and Little Caesar’s. We had arrived very early, when the store was just opening, around 5:00 a.m. We parked and relaxed. We were talking and catching up as we hadn’t seen eachother in many months. She is in her mid-thirties, and I am older than her. We weren’t loud. We didn’t have the radio playing at all. We were appropriately dressed, and I drive a reasonably nice, clean family sedan with no damage, or offensive stickers. We never got out of the car for any reason. We didn’t do anything other than talk, and enjoy our drinks.
Next thing I know I had a POLICE OFFICER at my window, with his partner at the passenger window. There was a SECOND POLICE CAR parked directly behind my car. I was startled .. no, SHOCKED when he knocked on my window. I quickly rolled my window down, and asked what the problem was. His partner was shining his flashlight in the car, which I found to be very rude, and unnecessary since, by this time, the sun had been out for at least 30 mins.
My friend and I were both asked for our ID’s, which we provided, and another officer took our ID’s to presumably run our names. Remember, we had done NOTHING, and hadn’t been told anything. We were just doing as asked, and wondering what in the world was going on. It was then that the first officer finally informed me that the police had received a call from “one of the nearby businesses” complaining about the amount of time my friend and I had been parked in the lot. He pointed to Dutch Brothers, and there wasn’t any other businesses open at that time in the morning, other than Super One Grocery Store, which was located in a different parking lot, several hundred feet away from us. I knew the POLICE OFFICER was referring to Dutch Brothers.
The lot we were parked in had a few other cars in it; far from capacity, and as previously stated, no other business were open yet. We weren’t in anybody’s way, and we hadn’t made any noise, or caused any disruption. We weren’t even parked right next to DB. We were probably two rows away, minimum. We did nothing wrong!!! We were smiling, and enjoying our time together.
After informing me of the reason the POLICE were called to my car, the officer suggested I get out of the car to speak with him. I don’t know why he wanted me to get out of my car. I couldn’t believe what was happening!! So I respectfully declined, and told him we had no idea there was a problem, and we would be happy to leave, at which point we put on our seat belts, and left the parking lot.
I admit time may have gotten away from us as my female friend and I caught up in conversation, but there was plenty of ways a business with supposedly professional employees could have handled this “over time limit” situation much differently. I am disgusted with the actions your employees took against two middle aged women enjoying some coffee and conversation. CALLING THE POLICE ON US?????? By far the worst service I’ve ever encountered.

Read moreI am a regular who comes to this Dutch Bros literally every single day they make me the same drink every single day and it usually is really good and the girls are really nice today. I went and got my same exact drink and there was two new girls there which I understand people are learning. They made my drink and it tasted like pure black coffee. It was absolutely disgusting. I kindly asked them to remake it, and the two new girls gave me attitude and proceeded to remake my drink. However, when they remade my drink, it tasted worse than it did the first time. When I told them, they just looked at me with attitude in their face, like it wasn’t my problem, even though I paid for it with my money I am extremely disappointed because this is not the energy or vibe that Dutch Bros has ever given off nor do I feel like their manager would be happy about this situation. I hope those customer service. I just shook my head at them and drove off because I’m not going to be treated like that or deal with...
Read moreJanae needs a raise. Her customer service skills go above and beyond what is expected of an employee. Last week my girlfriend and I came through the drive through and she ordered a drink. 32 oz. Rebel blended OG Gummy Bear Extra Thick. It is her favorite. Then days later we came back and Janae happened to be the one to take our order. She asked if we wanted the same thing as last time and proceeded to name my girlfriend's drink exactly from memory after only hearing it one time. I was baffled by this experience as it reminded me that there are people our there who really care about people. This level of personal customer service is superior to anything I've experienced in years.Thank...
