The Shadelands Ranch House was the perfect venue for our wedding. After issues with our original venue, and being a little over 2 months out from our wedding, Shadelands luckily had a cancellation for our wedding day and we were able to fully move over and have our wedding there. We worked with Jackie leading up to the wedding. She was so accommodating and helpful with trying to make our vision come to life. She allowed us to come see the venue a few times before the wedding to make sure we knew where everything would be and how it would look day of. They also provided all tables and chairs, and had everything set up before our allotted rental time. The venue itself is beautiful and has many trees, the gazebo, flowers, and the amazing house. The venue is fully outdoors and our wedding day was much hotter than expected for an October wedding. However, they allowed us to set up fans and a portable air conditioner in the bridal suite to help with the heat. They provided a venue coordinator who was there day of to make sure everything was set up correctly and taken down at the end of the night. They also had a pumpkin patch going on in front of the house that they redirected traffic for and gave all the kids at our wedding tickets to go get their own pumpkins. We were also able to go over there to take photos which was so fun! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better venue and we loved working with Shadelands and...

Having our wedding at Shadelands Historical Ranch and Museum was amazing. The venue itself is gorgeous, with incredible colors from the emerald lawn and giant trees to the explosion of roses around the gazebo! Our wedding was in May and all the flowers were in bloom, it was like a page from a storybook with hummingbirds and butterflies out and about enjoying the day too. Our guests kept raving about how beautiful and picturesque it was.

Christine and Jackie made it a very stress-free experience. We had a morning wedding with a group of about 80 guests, along with a buffet table, mobile barista, DJ and sound system, and plenty of room for our three photographers to easily maneuver to get their shots. (Will update later with some professional photos when those arrive!) The venue provides chairs and various sizes of tables all arranged to your liking, we requested that the lawn seating be set up for the ceremony and for the tables to be set up around the edge of the patio area and they had everything set up exactly how we envisioned, so all we had to do was come in and decorate. Event insurance is required, along with multiple contacts on hand. Contract and rates are very straightforward. While the magnificent trees cover a large portion of the grassy area, would recommend bringing your own canopies with weights if you plan to set up tables within the paved area. Overall a grand experience with the venue and...

This little ranch is a truly time saving place for the family photo on your busy schedule. It is not a big farm with all play amenities but it has all small scale of pumpkin patch activities such as hayes maze, tiny farm animals, steam train. The entry fees is very affordable however you will buy ticketa to enjoy various section of patch for activities. The mobile restroom and limited free parking spots ...
