Now hear me out. I’ve been to this place plenty of times before and I’ve doordashed and not one issue. I love their options and their fish taco is my Favorite . However tonight I had a very different experience I ordered one fish taco fish and chips for my kids to eat they arrived up on my door and as most people know you can select two sides to be with your dash so I just chose double french fries two kids it make it easy. When the food arrived the chips were undercooked at least to say there was only one portion that when I went to save the fish the fish was soggy and the batter was raw [undercooked]. I called the manager of that night which is Wednesday, November 11, 2020. Spoke to the manager and all he had to say was thank you for the feedback we appreciate it, there was no apology there was no will make sure it doesn’t happen again absolutely no care given. I wouldn’t even said this to my dogs and I eat almost anything trust me. I’m severely disappointed of the way my situation was handled and a poor quality of the food and service tonight. Read moreSo I have a little mixed feelings about this place because over all I really enjoyed the food and the workers behind the counter that made and preped the food were very nice and the food was very good tasting and I really enjoyed having a meal here with my family and friends. It is causal dinning you can wear jeans and a t-shirt which is nice. The only thing that I was kind of turned off by was the only way you can put in your order was on two tablets at the front and no one actually takes your order always they don't take cash which to me didn't matter at the time but many times in my past would have been a make or break. So if you don't have a credit card or debt card or apple or google pay you are out of luck. Which amazingly people still use cash believe it or not and i use to be one of those people. Anyways I also wasn't a huge fan of the people that were prepping your trays just did that and they called your number like a fast food joint. It was intresting to have medium priced food in a fast food / sit down resturant. But again the food was great I got the fish tacos they were great and a good size. Oh and the whole family loved there fountain pineapple cream soda, its to die for, trust me you will refill your cup as many times as you can to get as much as possible. So over all a good experience but NO CASH and the way it was set up fast food like not a big fan but the employees were very nice and helpful when needed and in my taste was a little on the expensive side for self service. Read moreI'm upset about the tipping options for takeout, using their new kiosk ordering system. During the pandemic, I'd tip at least 25%. After the virus risk had moderated, I'd tip 10% at the register, generous for takeout. But the lowest tipping option is 15% using the kiosk. The options are 15, 20 and 25. I'd like to tip the staff, as I appreciate both their efforts and the food that they serve. However, I find the current tipping options to be presumptuous. And, frankly, if everyone tipped 10% for takeout, the servers would be getting wealthy given the robust takeout business. So I've started to alternate when ordering, between leaving 15% and leaving no tip. Instead of 10%, the staff is getting 7.5%. That's unfortunate, but management is not leaving a better option. Next complaint..... I'm also tired of seeing the "free delivery" option. They are only increasing the cost of meals for dine-in and takeout customers. Final issue.... after years with no mistakes, they placed the correct meal description on top of the wrong meal. The individual bagging meals was distracted by overt joking with other employees.
