wouldn't return a defective disposable vape that was purchased a day earlier. wouldn't charge. still had the box and receipt and the juice was full. manager said there is a no return or exchange policy that he pointed to. i can understand a no return policy but buyer have the right to feel safe in what they purchase is going to work and not defective. the ftc has ruled on this and so many other court cases have ruled in favor of the consumer yet this company doesn't stand buy some of their prodcuts and refused to make things right for this $25 product. i asked the manager if this was a franchise. he said "no". i later found out it IS a franchise. there is 150 of these stores in the midwest. i asked where he gets the products from so i can contact THEM about an exchange and he didn't even know where they get their products from. i said this should be illegal to sell defective products and offer no exchanges for it and he just stood there with a smirk on his face and pointed to the illegal policy of the store. i'll be contacting the main office for the company and telling them about this experience. they also need to train their managers better because this dude in in charge of a franchise store and doesn't know how they operate. that...

My husband went into this shop on Saturday night to buy. He ended up taste testing some of the juice flavors & apparently they just let you pour it on your fingers. He is now very sick so I'm just going to assume that many many people have been taste testing the juices and they are not being sanitized. I'm hoping that they sanitize the actual vape pen tips at least because he told me they don't have disposable tips for testing, they just let people use them and everyone puts their mouth on the same thing. It's disgusting and I should be calling the health department but I'm giving them a chance to fix the issue first. Will not be going back there until these issues...

Everyone that works there is incredibly nice and super helpful with any questions you might have about pretty much anything in the store. They don't mind taking time to help a customer, whether you know what you're looking for or need help finding it. The store is also really well organized with a large selection and the prices are incredibly cheap compared to other places. At gas stations I've seen them charge a little over twice as much for the same 2mg disposable vape, for example.
