Infusion Bridal & Prom Boutique — Attraction in Warwick

I cannot express with enough words how pleased my family and I were to have found THE dress at Infusion Boutique. My mom booked the appointment with Anita, who was incredibly flexible when we needed to push the time back a bit. Although Anita was not there during the appt, her employee Kaitlin was, and surpassed all of our expectations.

Unfortunately we'd had a negative experience a the store we visited before INfusion, so by the time we'd arrived, we knew what we were looking for and were trying to keep positive. Kaitlin was not only knowledgable and helpful, but she was incredibly supportive with each change of dress, and each alteration I could possibly imagine. She anticipated the style changes that I might've wanted done, and offered (without us asking) to bunch/fold the dress in the different areas, for us to get a better idea of how it would look. We were so thrilled with the energy of the boutique, and the company, that we purchased the dress that day, off the rack.

Additionally, the prices of the Bridal gowns I tried on were incredibly reasonable for the quality.

All in all, I was so grateful to have ended my day with the support and enthusiasm of Kaitlin at INfusion, and have already recommended the shop to 2 of my upcoming bride friends. Thank you agian to the whole team for making my experience SO special! Will send photos...

All I can say is WOW! My friend and I had the best experience here today. My friend was between wedding gowns but didn't feel like she had found "the one". She made an appointment to try on 2 new dresses as well as 2 from a previous visit. They were all absolutely gorgeous but very different from each other. My friend was debating when Anita came over with a new option- an option that neither my friend or I would have ever picked out and yet it was THE DRESS my friend purchased for her special day! What a beautiful moment to witness! Then I mentioned that I also had an upcoming event, Anita listened to my style and my concerns, then let me try on a dress that I liked (I actually hated it on). Anita brought over another dress and it wasn't my favorite. She disappeared for a moment and came back with a dress and it was PERFECT. I have never been able to only try on 3 dresses and leave happy in my life. Anita has a true gift to recognize what dress will look amazing on ANY body and quickly grasps a sense of your likes and dislikes. Best experience I have ever had shopping for anything. Anita SAVED my wedding! I went to a nearby boutique and purchased a beautiful dress in full. After waiting 7.5 months with no dress and no reassuring information on when I’d be getting my dress, I realized it wasn’t coming. I quickly went to contact Infusion Bridal in hopes they could order me that dress as my wedding is 4 months away. Anita showed sympathy and compassion for my situation and got me my dress ordered and in my hands in only 3 days. I got reassurance about it being in stock with proof, I got tracking information and instant communication, all things the other boutique failed to do. She ordered me the perfect size and gave me information on what to expect for alterations since I had several layers and lace. If I had come sooner I could’ve ordered the dress at the length I needed it to be and would’ve saved on alterations but just getting the dress was all I could ask for. She even had the perfect veil in store too which I purchased. I never felt like she was trying to sell me something or up-charge which I felt at the previous shops.
