We had an AWFUL experience with our men’s suits at a different tuxedo place that we had booked forever ago (postponed wedding problems), so when we discovered 6 out 8 suits were messed up from our original suit place (including the groom) it sent the groom into a panic. We were prepared to go to men’s warehouse and hope for the best until my mom mentioned lifestyle tuxedos where my dad got his suit for my wedding because she remembered a story they told him about another wedding needing suits the day ahead! When I say Lifestyle Tuxedos saved the day they 100000% saved the day. We got all new 8 suits for everyone (that included 4 groomsmen, two junior groomsmen, and 2 ring bearers) THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING and I have nothing but nice things to say about these guys! Not only are they super professional but they are beyond nice and accommodating. I will forever remember them as the ones who saved our wedding and I look forward to working with them again in the future. My groom felt and looked so much better in their suits! I called a few places for a suit rental because I was in a pinch and no one wanted to deal with me. I called Lou and he says Yeahh I’ll take care of you come see me. I go in and as soon as he’s done with the people in front of me he instantly helps me out asking what I’m here for and what I need and then puts me in a room and starts bringing suits in to try on. While dealing with me he was also attending to other people walking in the door and he was great to deal with and didn’t leave me hanging. I was there for not even an hour and he measured me out and had the pants and jacket done to my length in minutes and trying them back on and had me on my way. He’s very funny, very respectful and a pleasure to deal with. Prices are very reasonable and gave me a decent time frame to have the suit returned by. This is honestly the first and last review I’ll probably ever write on google, but I thought it was warranted and well deserved. I’ve had 3 weddings that I was a part of in the last year and if it weren’t for Lifestyles Tuxedos I would have been in big trouble. That’s not even just from the getting the right suits and material aspect of it, that’s just from the having a good customer service aspect of it as well. Lou And Lou Jr, took care of me, and made nothing seem like it was a hassle. The one suit I needed was pretty dang last minute, and they made it seem like it wasn’t even an issue and also gave a discount!! Needless to say, some day if I decide to tie the knot, these guys will definitely be getting the call. Even when they’re not in the shop or around, their staff takes care of you with the same care and professionalism. It’s rare to find businesses nowadays where the staff from top to bottom are nice, genuine people. I dig it and it makes for an awesome experience....
