TCraig was the employee I interacted with during my transactions. I have a new iPhone 8 (3 weeks old) and broke my screen. I ordered my Zagg screen protector and it was delivered the day after I broke my screen. Being busy at work the Apple store couldnāt give me an appointment for 3 days and I was traveling for work and couldnāt wait. This store was able to give me a same day Appointment and at the time I dropped off my phone, they said it would take an hour and that the adhesive they use would make it so the phone would loose the water resistant properties. I didnāt care since I wouldnāt dare take my phone near water. I picked it up a few hours later and it looked and worked fine. After only 2 hours or so later I noticed the new screen was loose at the bottom and the colors were off. I called the store and was told to come back. I came back and was concerned since I would be away and needed my phone for the next week. The offered to reglue the screen but I was concerned with the colors and display quality. I was told since they use aftermarket glass the color and image would be slightly off. With a phone so new I was disappointed and was offered a refund and my cracked screen to be replaced. I agreed and they quickly had the old screen back on. The employees were very helpful and sympathetic, but I wouldnāt go here for a screen replacement unless it was an older phone and quality isnāt a concern. I went to Apple and they fit me in and was only $15 more the the proper screen and the colors and workmanship was superior. I will still continue to use batteries plus for batteries but will go to Apple...

As I approached the counter and began asking for a watch battery a customer came in and walked right behind the counter to explain how he wanted a refund. The store cashier should have stopped him and told him to get in line behind the two customers that were in front of him. The cashier began the lengthy return process ignoring us two customers in line. Then he took customer # 2 ahead of me. I just wanted a watch battery. The cashier then began filling out a cell phone repair intake form after disappearing to ask the person in the back for 5 minutes if they could fix his cellphone screen. I left. I came back and there was a different cashier. He was telling a customer to come back tomorrow or they can fill out a paper credit card form for his refund to be processed if and when the pos system will come back up. Facing another prolonged wait and by the way he didnāt tell me till I asked if I could make a purchase he said no, the pos is down. I left again but told this cashier Iām never...

I was having a problem with a fairly expensive lighted shaving mirror namely that the light would no longer light. I installed the replacement bulb myself but it still would not work. I contacted the manufacturer who emailed that it was a failed ballast causing the problem but they did not offer repair service, but how about 40% off on a new one which would have still cost me about $80. I identified the ballast inside the base of the mirror and called Batteries Plus Bulbs. They told me that they could order the ballast for $16.02 which I decided to do. Here's the best part: They were actually nice enough to install the ballast without charge and I had my mirror returned to me in working order in a few days.
