While the place looks nice, thats where it all ends. I've visited the store a few times to see their erotica collection but Amazon always ends up beating them out on price. The prices are ridiculously high, I've found so many other websites where I can get the same things so much cheaper! one of the few reasons to stay visit the store, aside from browsing was because of the employees, while not all of them are that helpful, there are a few there that are just the best! One girl there always answered my questions, made me feel super comfortable, would go out of her way to show me the best products and teach me a lot about the toys and lubricants. I found out a few months ago that they got rid of her and instead chose to keep this one lady there who was rude to me every single time I saw her. They've definitely lost my business. Hey just wanna give a shout out to my girl Cinniminn, she truly is amazing. My first time in the store about 3 weeks ago I was shopping for outfits and she was absolutely amazing and more than helpful. She knows what she’s talking about and will make you feel 💯 comfortable and confident. Yesterday I called and spoke with her but unfortunately she would be gone by the time I was able to even get there…..so she went and took pictures of some really amazing new outfits I told her which ones I wanted and she literally had it all ready to go in a bag to the side for me. This place is horrible don't even deserve a half of star let alone a full star . I will never purchase nothing from here again. I have purchased Several Items from here over $1000 in priced overall. I had purchased a gift for a friend she opened the product and does not work they are not standing by the product they sell. They say only in 7 days cause we cant tell if you used it or not well in that case how do i know your not selling me a product that someone returned 7 days ago that they used cause you cant tell right.
