Hunan East — Restaurant in Washington Township

I usually don't give bad reviews on restaurants but this place really got to me.. me and my family went to Hunan east for dinner yesterday and I put in my order an told them No vegetables My pork fried rice and my pork Lo mein and please make sure there is no onions in it cause I get really sick and brake out with hives whenever I eat something with was cooked with onions... so we r waiting for.r dinner and when she came out with my dinner it had everything in it I told her I didn't want onions vegetables... I told her and she said she would have them make me a new order so bout a minute later she came back out with the same order but just picked everything they could she out of it... I took one bit and got a onion in it and I told her again there is still onion in it and now me and my uncle/boss eat there every friday for lunch... she takes my order back again and the cook comes out and say u didn't tell the lady that u didn't want onions and vegetables.... I told her 5 time and even show him on the ticket... I paid for a dinner that I didn't it but got up a dumped it in the trash in front of them.... so in the end I'll never eat at...

Never ordering food here again. Got vegetarian platter I clearly asked if it was vegan friendly. Since im vegan. She didn’t understand and I kept explaining myself over and over again over the phone she wasn’t kind. I put in an order in drive to the place than 35 mins later she tells me she never put my order in. Why would I go through all of that for nothing? I get inside she’s still playing around with me asking me if I want chicken in my broccoli 😭 I had just told you 20 million times over the phone and in person I was a vegan and was just asking a few questions to be sure. I tip the lady $9 to be nice and hoped that the service would improve. I come back inside to get the food she gives me $5 back and she did apologize…

have been coming here for 30 yrs. take out most of the time, the last few times, items have been forgotten, like the sweet sauce for sweet and sour sauce. - yeah. and when you ask for something that is on the menu as hot and spicy hot and spicy it comes out not hot ,not spicy and super sweet and inedible. Its written on the order sheet but i guess the cook cant read it. also ask for extra chili oil on the side and it is forgotten. This was the place we had our grandsons graduation dinner with family thats how much we used to love this place but unfortunately the last few times of take out it has been very disappointing. Going to have to find another place to eat, because it has gone down hill and i am very sad it has. When eating in the service is excellent, but your paying for the food, not the service. a very sad day . i hope they get back to where...
