I would like to give more stars based solely on one particular employee/manager that is actually very awesome, very knowledgeable, & extremely helpful I think his name is Brian. I'm absolutely positive he doesn't get paid his worth. I'm however only giving 3 stars because I have had absolutely nothing but problems with the vape I purchased. It's one big manufacturer defect & the store has a no returns, no exchanges policy. So I must take my faulty, non working, vape issues up with Smok which is more than a hassle & the reason for not purchasing on-line in the 1st place. Had I realized ahead of time that they have a no return no exchange policy, I would have most definitely chose a different store. The manager did try to fix my vape, he rigged it enough to work until the moment I needed to add juice & change the coil. So I'm a bit disappointed to say the least!! Thank you Brian...

In a previous post I mentioned that I will no longer support this company and that mode is a much better place in my opinion. The owner decided to comment accusing the owner of Mode to leave negative responses and then says there is a thing called “Ethic” yes there is and you should learn them. I have no clue who the owner is of Mode and I never leave comments but your company is so bad I did not want anyone else wasting or loosing their money when you do not stand behind your products (you know the little you do have) instead of commenting asking how to fix it or sorry you had a bad experience you bash another company? It’s a shame because you guys were the best two-three years ago and I can see why you have a rotating door...

I would do no stars if I could. I am an EMT that runs in the town they operate in. Went in to buy a mod saw a price I liked. It was MARKED WITH A STICKER SAYING 64.99 when he rang it up it camE up 89.99 THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THE PRICE THEY PUT ON THE BOX!!!!!. I bought EVERY mod I own from there. When I asked to take a picture of the box he Turned around and pulled the sticker off. The only reason they got one Star is they Still sell flavored juice which in NJ is not easy to find.
