I've been coming to this location for over 14 years now and I plan on returning. The staff has always been friendly and professional, and is usually made up of college kids. I can't ever remember when there wasn't a tip jar for college expenses. I've gotten food, ice cream (of course), and birthday cakes from here for years, even though it's about an hour from my house. So, I usually only ate here on Sundays after church, which was half of the distance. But yes, I have countless times made the drive just to pick up a birthday cake. The only irritation, and I can't blame them for having to do this, is that the doors to the bathrooms are locked and you need to ask for a code to get in. Obviously, random people stopping in to use the bathrooms and not buy anything came in once too often and something had to be done. It's not a hardship getting the code, though, so no big deal. Don't rely on coupons or discounts through the app, though. I deleted the app once I saw that this franchise doesn't accept any offers or coupons, as stated right at the registers. The food has always been good and is generally better than most fast food. There's more of a wait, but I prefer that to ending up with food that has been sitting in a warmer for the past hour. The ice cream isn't healthy, obviously, so it's an occasional treat. Tasty, though. I haven't been here for months now due to medical issues, so I can't say how "building back better" (pfft!) has impacted the prices, but it was a little pricey before. Not too bad, and worth it, but still. Parking is ample, and it's never been so busy when I was there that I couldn't easily find a booth.

Upon arrival at DQ, staff wasn’t being truthful about “free cone” deal ends at 8 pm which there is no post on anywhere that says “ends at 8pm for free cone” when it’s nationwide advertisement said differently. Their two different hours posted on windows were confused when we arrived… they locked door at 8pm with new small printout sign post on door with no explanation closed but their regular hours post said otherwise which it closed at 10 pm. My family and I drove all the way 25 minutes for nothing and turn us away and refused to give out free cone from drive thru. What’s kind business is that? I can’t accept that come from horse mouth who can’t follow nationwide advertisement. My kids were upset about that.

I go here semi regularly in the summer with my family. Their food is fine, but we are really coming for the Blizzards. The last few times we came, the staff have been really rude. I realize that it’s high school kids and not a 5 star restaurant but please and thank you would be nice. If they are out of something, they bark sold out at you from the drive thru. They speak to you like you are bothering them and going inside to order isn’t much better. Also like others mentioned they won’t accept app coupons or any other coupons for that matter. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I gave this one star because zero stars wasn't an option. I went in there (between 6:30 and 7) with the intentions of buying dessert with my mother, and I went to the bathroom first. (We had been in the car for a very long time.) The bathrooms had a doorknob with a code lock, as well as a notice that the staff had to unlock the bathroom so that the bathrooms wouldn't get damaged; however, I was inside the bathroom before I noticed that. When my mother came in, the women's bathroom was locked, and when she approached an employee, he was very rude to her and told her that the bathrooms were for paying customers only. When I stated that I was going to finish doing my business then leave (as a result of what they said), they repeated what they had said the first time. She asked for an owner/supervisor's contact information, and a man came to the front of the restaurant and was just as rude as the first man. By the time I came out of the bathroom (no more than two minutes), my mother had already left and the second man was standing behind the counter giving me the look of death. Honestly, this feels like a repeat of Starbucks, and I'm surprised the police weren't called on us for using their bathroom without permission. We're both very angry about this; we left without ordering and have no intentions o...

The sign on the outside advertised 5 dollar lunch from 11am-2pm. We arrived at 1130 am .when we walked in there are no 5 dollar lunches. The prices increased to 6 dollar and 7 dollar lunches. When we asked they said the prices went up. But the advertisement said 5 dollar lunches. Nothing is 5 dollars. We ordered 2 of the 6 dollar meals and paid roughly 12 dollars with tax. We didn't receive or ask about the sundaes that came with the meals. When we did ask, the woman said oh you want them now? We said we'll take them later but we weren't even offered or asked what kind of sundae we wanted or when. She assumed we wanted them after. When we received our food, there wasn't any friendliness from the cashier. Just handed us our food and that's it. We we're the only customers in there. Still are as I'm I'm writing this sitting at their table. We will not be returning to this location. We have frequently Bern to the Hamilton ,NJ location and loved every meal there. We have moved to Blackwood, NJ and we live less than a mile from this location and we will not return here. I'd rather travel 30 miles for better service than...
