5/5 for classes and the studio 3/5 for customer service
The classes and instruction during them are great! Definitely recommend the Power & Jam classes! They are a lot of fun! And the studio is very nice and clean.
Their customer service is lacking, though. Before joining, I wanted to understand the cancellation policies, because I wasn't sure how long I would be in the area/able to commit. I emailed the team 4 different times over a couple weeks, and was getting zero responses. But at the same time, I was getting spam emails asking to review classes and join for other events, etc. It definitely delayed my ability to join.
After a morning Power class, I needed to use their shower, which is a great amenity to have. Unfortunately, the instructor that morning was very impatient and did not seem happy I was using the shower. She kept waiting by the front door with all her belongings. I had to be in Beavercreek that day before 8 am, so I wasn't being slow and was trying to hurry, but it was uncomfortable and rude. Why bother having the amenity if we are treated like that to use it?
Once you join, they do not give you a lot of information about how the classes/facilities operate: Most of the classes in studio are also live streamed, so if you are in the front rows, prepare to have your booty on the screen! That is fine if the member is comfortable, it was just surprising the first class I took and didn't know and I was front and center on accident! Apologies to everyone on live stream that day! There is an app they use to schedule classes. I had no idea and was not told about this until I finally asked weeks after joining. It is not posted on the website or anything, and every class I was scheduling through their website (which is not super user friendly) The app doesn't show which classes are heated/unheated. So you either have to verify via the website, or hopefully have it memorized which classes...

Read moreI went into my first yoga class a little scared and nervous since I had never done any type of Yoga before. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Joane, the class teacher. She kindly walked me through where to put my things, how to set up, where to put my mat, etc.. After I set up my mat I started chatting with some of the women in class who were so sweet. They told me that I didnât have to worry about doing any of the poses or moves ârightâ or âwrongâ, and that nobody would judge me, which made me feel a lot more at ease! For my first try with yoga I did the Zen class and Iâm so glad I did! Joane did such a great job leading the teaching in an informative, kind, and relaxing way. The class and the overall community was very warm and welcoming. Iâm excited to come back for my...
