Went a few months ago and had a good experience and found something I wanted in the seasonal season but didn’t bring any money. Fast forward to today, Thursday May 30th, and the experience was not good. I went back to the back where my item I wanted was at to see that the aisle was blocked off with boxes and pallets . I asked the lady unboxing things in that area (not sure if she even worked there because she didn’t have a name tag & her shirt didn’t say Homebuys) if I was able to get my item or if she could get it for me and she said no. I could see the item because it was on the top shelf (there might have been one lower but I couldn’t see because of the pallet of boxes in the way.) Please work on your associates attitudes. I visted this location twice and walked out emptied handed both times due to the associates attitudes and the way the store is merchandised. Tried purchasing a bed and the associate who answered the phone yelled at me because I asked if the bed frame I was interested in could be held. Then I get there to find the item not on the floor, just the display. I had to hunt for assistance and when I told the associate I needed assistance with the beds, she gasped and stated she hated the beds!!! She said she would be over in a few to assist (more like 15 min) by the time she came over, I was so annoyed with my entire experience.
