Pour Haus Grill & Tavern — Restaurant in Washington Township

I went to get a drink with a friend earlier tonight. When I asked for a menu, I was told that they don't serve a lot of what is listed on it anymore. Which is fine I guess, but then there was a larger problem. I ordered a beer and something was definitely off with it. I've had this beer a few times before, and it tasted nothing like the previous times and almost as if it had gone bad. When I politely asked if I could get a different beer instead (I've never sent a beer back before in my life) the bartender and another employee got quite defensive and tried every way to turn it around and blame it on me, some of which was quite belittling... After enough back and forth, I told them to just keep the beer and that I would buy the new one (my friend was ordering food so we couldn't just leave), they then decided to just take back the original beer and allow me to have a new one for no charge. I went to this location to play euchre. I ordered drinks and food. The service was a bit slow so I didn't get my food until the Euchre playing already started so my food got cold. It was supposed to have basil on the Margherita pizza but it definitely was spinach. My husband ordered a Cuban sandwich and they were out of pork. He then ordered a Reuben which was average. And like me he had cold food because the service was not fast enough before we played cards even though we gave ourselves a full hour ahead of the start time. I felt pre covid their food was delicious and the beer selection living up to its name. So disappointed this time. Food was just alright, not good, but not horrible either. The beer selection was what saddened me though. It was just an average selection with mainly basic beers which for a name like Pour Haus, I was expecting a great selection of beers and something new to try. The place was pretty empty as well for a Saturday afternoon, especially so close in location to a big event. So I think I'm not the only one with the opinion of "its just alright."
