I wanted to leave a wonderful review for this wonderful salon. I was brought in right away at the time of my appointment promptly, my assistant had booked my appointment so there was some confusion over the name for some reason, but once I arrived, that got settled. I was able to express my stylist Nicole what I wanted And she did such a spectacular job, probably the best that I’ve had, in many years. She brought my hair to the tone and shade that I wanted it the first time, she did a wonderful cut, and it didn’t take too long. The price was within range for this type of service, and the salon was very aesthetic For our present time. Don’t let the location discourage you as it’s next to a little smoke shop and really is just a hidden gem. I highly recommend everybody who’s looking for a wonderful hairstylist to go there as you won’t be disappointed. They’re up-to-date on trends and they have a good eye for beauty from what I could tell, and all of the stylist, although I was more focused on Nicole, who is doing my own hair. It seems they have a wonderful portfolio of photos on Instagram. I can’t say that I wasn’t disappointed that they didn’t include my hair as she had taken a picture. I tagged them on my Instagram to try to bring them some local business and thought that my photo would have been added to the photo corral on their page, but unfortunately wasn’t. No big deal! In any case, I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the local area and please ask for Nicole when you go there and she seemed to be the nicest and friendliest person...

I absolutely LOVE this salon. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile. It's very Inviting with the decor all over and super cute waiting area for clients to feel as if they are at home. The prices are extremely reasonable and as listed like most other salons in the area have a base price and go up from there depending on length and thickness which is understandable as I have long hair and I will take up more time espcially when I get color done more product will be used or when I get a blow dry more time will be used and I'm ok with that since it is explained throughly on there website or just ask your stylist before the service is started like I did so that I wasn't suprised at the register and my stylist had no problem explaining it.. They also have a luxurious array of Kevin Murphy products which you can not find anywhere else. His products are pricey but his products won't let you down and do as they say. BEWARE of this half educated salon and it’s unprofessional owner, Karoline Guzman Lorenzo! This place is RACIST. Looking at me, I look white but I actually have a mix of color in me and boy, did they mess up big time with the things they were saying to me that have been recorded for documentation purposes! Not to mention my hair is completely ruined, my clothes were ruined and no refund or fixing of the problem was completed to satisfactory.

I very respectfully reached out to the owner via her ways she has listed of contact as an opportunity for her to try and make things right with me but instead, she blocked me and did not return my calls. I have reached out to a handful of lawyers that have all confirmed my recordings, documentation of negligence, emotional distress and a few other things I was advised by them not to say publicly stand for a win in regards to a very big lawsuit.
