Late night Sewer Main Drain Pipe clogged with water coming into my home. I called 3 other reputable companies who promote 24/7 service to the cherry hill area, but only 1 of the companies were people of their advertisement. The customer service was incredible. When I called I didn’t get an automated system. It was after 9pm, and I just assumed that it was going to be a nightmare getting someone to come out in an emergency and it was going to cost me an arm and leg. THANK GOD for Moustafa and 24 Hour Drain & Sewer line cleaning. He picked up the phone and said he would do the work. He didn’t mention a $95 fee because it was an emergency. He got there even 15 minutes before his scheduled arrival. He was extremely polite and showed me the problem. He even took time to explain to me how to avoid the problem and what to do for preventative maintenance. He ended up running a camera down my main line and ended up snaking the pipe due to tree roots that were in the pipe. He was an honest and knowledgeable guy. He even helped me to move water out of my basement. He didn’t have to do that. He fixed the problem and double checked to make sure things were running well. Left me his card just in case anything else happened later.

Needed emergency service due to 1st floor powder room toilet drainage problem. Mike arrived at the exact time he said he would and immediately diagnosed and addressed the problem. Soil pipe had become dislodged from the wall creating an improper slope for drainage. He drilled new holes and reattched the straps securing the soil pipe to the concrete walls. He then cleaned out all the debris that had accumulated in the pipe to allow for proper drainage. Mike is very professional, friendly, courteous.
