Metro Lab LLC — Attraction in Washington

Metro Lab doesn’t have parking, it is located on a busy street, the employees are rude and unprofessional I went there to take my drug test and it was urine on the bathroom floor many employees walked past it and didn’t clean it up. They allow anybody to come in and use the bathroom and I mean anybody whose randomly walking pass and have to use the bathroom. Rosa need a raise she was the only employee who was knowledgeable and attentive even though it was 3-4 employees there, Rosa was the only one getting people in and out while others was standing around talking to each other.

Netsant Maesho doesn’t comprehend I told her something several times and she still was talking about a barcode instead of looking the account # up

There is an Ethiopian older lady who is rude she watched me sign the sign in sheet sat down then goes to take other people who came in directly after me, after she took them that’s when she finally acknowledged me

Metro Lab needs to clean house of all employees except for ROSA Metro Lab also needs to put up a sign saying BATHROOM USE FOR CLIENTS ONLY, NO PUBLIC USE...

UPDATE (Part 2) The labs were rejected! My father had to reschedule with another lab to take his test. This was the aftermath of this facility not properly following guidelines. They never verified him with identification nor took his photo. We paid for a legal test which requires proper identification. You can clearly see how rude and unprofessional this staff can be just read their response to my review. He told me to take it up with DDC and have a good day and hung up on me!!! I wanted to confirm the case # (not personal info.) and he said he doesn’t have to tell me anything over the phone. All i wanted was to make sure the case number matched mines. I’m concerned with my test outcome too. The customer service in this place is terrible. I wish I could give them 0 review. The 3 habesha lady’s who worked there are misleading customers and giving false informations. I went to this place thinking I need finger print for my passport renewal, once I started the paper work there and paid the fee, they laughed and said the finger print is no longer needed for passport renewal. This is very disrespectful and frustrating since they knew I don’t need the finger print they purposely made me do it and laughed at my face right after I paid the fee. I spend money for photo and their fee just for nothing while they could have told me, I don’t need it. These lady has very bad attitude and poor customer service. I don’t know what kinds of management hires these kinds of people.
