Strike 1: While doing my gel removal the manicurist gets up to start a pedicure for someone. Comes back with the same gloves on, yes the ones she was rubbing some lady's feet with, her gloves were still wet from the pedicure bath. Unsanitary.

Strike 2: They removed way to much during the removal process, they soaked, used the sanding tool, and then filed off the top layer of my nail. My nails have never felt this weak. Ruined the the health of my nails.

Strike 3: Three different ladies were doing my nails, it was like musical chairs. Until I believe the owner/the oldest lady there finished them. (Also the women next to me they messed up the shape of her nails).

Strike 4: Nails chipped within first week.

So overall would not recommend, and to be honest mad I didn't get up when she was washing some feet and then came to touch my hands. Mad I tipped out of courtesy/obligation but this was a terrible experience and disastrous service. Please don't let this other reviews fool you.

Also they charged me like 65.00-70 for gel removal and gel nails, feels pricey considering the unsanitary conditions and the lack of proper nail care. Also there sign says a totally different price, so pretty sketchy. Again, go...

This is the best nail salon I have ever visited and I have been to over a dozen across the country. To begin, Ryan the receptionist was so pleasant, professional and polite on the phone and in person and was able to book me for a manicure and pedicure last minute. He was knowledgeable about the services and let me know the cost before I booked and was very helpful when I visited and he got me settled into the salon. Zolo did my pedicure and she did an amazing job! She was very attentive to details and made sure I liked the color and how my toenails looked before she finished. Then I got my dip manicure with extension from Jean and it was wonderful! The salon closes at 7 and she stayed well past 7:30 to ensure that she gave me a perfect set. She asked me multiple times along the way if I liked the shape, how it looked etc. and it made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. She never rushed and was so sweet- this is the best and most perfect set of nails I’ve ever had! She was so sweet to look at my inspiration photos and I appreciate her and the rest of the staff for being so kind. This is my first time at the salon but definitely won’t be my last! I will always go here for sure now, what a wonderful...

The quality and service here has gone down so much. The quality used to be super high and it was the cleanest and friendliest nail salon I could find in the city. However, my past 2 visits were awful.

The gel began to chip within 2 days and was extremely thin and brittle. I went back a few weeks later for a dip manicure with extensions hoping I wouldn’t have the same issues. The owner was extremely harsh to me and raised her voice when I asked for dip powder, saying I booked for a gel mani (because they do not have the dip booking option online) and that I should have called. I understand not being able to provide a service that wasn’t booked for, but the harsh tone is unnecessary. She ended up agreeing to do the dip manicure, and it chipped within hours. She also didn’t put enough top coat on, so my nails were sticky and uneven.

Both times I called back to try to schedule a time to fix it, and they would not accommodate me for the next day for something that would take less than 10...
