Spliff Nation Dispensary — Attraction in Washington

I had originally left a five-star review as they offer a free item if you leave them a good review. I didn't see anything wrong with this at the time so I had left a five-star review before I received my order. First off, you have to either have an appointment or order ahead of time online. You can't just walk in and talk with someone and purchase something like a normal store. This right away is very weird. If you order something they have to bring it to you outside and you hand them cash which seems kind of sketchy. What happened with me is the two items that I ordered they did not have in stock so the guy substituted them. One of the substitutions was just fine, however the other one was completely different from what I had ordered. I had ordered a 10 pack of 10 mg cookies. They ended up substituting them for Trips Ahoy which are not labeled of how much THC is in them but rather say they're either 250 or 500 mg! Um, WTH??? Why are they not labeled and why would they substitute for something so outrageously high? There's a reason I ordered 10 mg. I didn't realize this until after I had already left and I'm from out of state and was on vacation so I didn't have time to go back or even really look into this until I got home. I have a pretty low tolerance and need to know how much I'm taking. I don't know how this place can legally operate and give people something different than what they ordered that isn't even marked so you have no idea what you're getting. I ended up throwing them away because I had the most minute sliver and I was tripping out of my mind so fast. I use these for sleeping, not for being stoned in a whole other world. I reached out to them and they were of no help and have not responded back. The free item they gave me was three 200 mg gummies which I threw out of course and they gave me a pre-roll for smoking! I find it extremely offensive that they would just assume I'm a smoker when I didn't order anything for smoking and never indicated I did. I did not consent to be given that and ended up throwing that out also. Overall TERRIBLE experience. My FIRST TIME HERE. First things first, I looked thoroughly on the website so I already knew what I wanted. I arrived around 140p. Upon arrival, the shop isn’t anywhere obvious so you have to call to get directions as there’s no store front. When I called I was told that I needed an appointment or I couldn’t come in. NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE DOES IT SAY APPOINMENT ONLY. It’s also REQUIRED you spend 80$ regardless in store OR in person. That is TERRIBLY stupid requirement. I had to place the order in the car and wait for them to bring it down. Placing the order was tedious and annoying. The only accept pay pal or cash and their pay pal link didn’t work and therefore had to accept cash app. I was texting 2 people at the same time. I was told if I did a review I get an edible and free item. I sent the confirmation screenshot of the review as requested and was asked if I could do it again cause they didn’t see it. I didn’t even care at that point and just wanted my item. The communication was off. I was misgender (I am female, I was referred as a Mr.) and I didn’t get my order until after 3:00p. I got a disposable and pre roll. I easily could’ve went in and picked up the items a LOT quicker than this service. I will absolutely NEVER be back!!!!!!! 0/10...

UPDATE: After some closer inspection of the products I received, I've found myself disappointed and dissatisfied. Originally, when a staff member told me that the two products that I specifically asked for were out of stock, I was willing to extend grace because they offered to provide two products of equal or greater value and threw in an edible as well for the inconvenience.

Upon inspecting the packaging for both carts, I noticed that one had another sticker over the original, falsely depicting a higher amount of THC than the original. The other was not live resin, which was what I asked for and what I was told I would receive.

While the price was overall not awful, the quality of the products were definitely below what I was expecting.
