Extremely disappointed with the poor services and discrimination I experienced at the Post Office 20044. The staff's attitude was disrespectful and discriminatory, making me feel unwelcome and frustrated. It's disheartening to see such behavior in a public service institution. Improvement in staff training and cultural sensitivity is urgently needed to ensure fair and equitable service for all customers. HORRIBLE!!
Especially the lady with extreme lashes, you are not suitable to work in the service field. If you're not going to respect other people, please stay home with the family that raised you the way you are.
You are not good at anything but making people feel bad. Please improve yourself, be nice, and try your best to be kind to people so that you could find the real happiness of being kind to one another.
The way you look and talk to customer is terrible. Education could be helpful to you; maybe try to go back to school to gain your manners and learn social etiquette.
It’s important to improve professionalism and manners through education. Consider fostering a kinder environment for patrons.

Read moreThe ladies who work at this post office are without a doubt, the meanest, rudest, and most unkind people I have ever encountered. The first time I came here I actually thought I was being recorded for a prank show or something, it just made no sense why people would use so much energy to be unkind to customers when it would be much easier to just be pleasant. Specifically, there is one woman, mentioned many times in other reviews who is egregiously rude. She is really pretty and has slicked back hair, earrings, and long lashes. There is a picture of her in another review here. She is irrationally mean for no reason. Please someone fire her.
The ladies who work here just want to scroll on their phones and seem genuinely angry with you for interrupting their phone time with your packages. There is also a power trip element at play here, I think they enjoy enforcing random rules and yelling at you for asking simple questions. I do not understand how this place can function with such terrible personalities. Something really needs to be done because this...
Read moreIs it possible to give negative stars because I think even 1 star is too generous. After waiting in line to use the automated machine to send my priority package, the size envelope I had selected was not an option on the machine, so I had to go wait in the line to have an employee help me. I waited in line for 38 minutes, witnessed not 1, but 2 arguments between frustrated customers and the only 2 employees that were working, and then was yelled at by an employee when I asked why the machine didn't have my selected envelope size. She yelled at me again when I mentioned that the price she quoted me did not match the sign below the envelope I had selected. In total, I was in the post office for 50 minutes to mail one package and paid the same price that I would have if I had gone to UPS. In general, they are wildly understaffed at this location, perhaps consequently, are incredibly...
