Washington DC Charter Bus Company — Attraction in Washington

I recently attempted to work with DC Charter Bus, only to find out they are now operating under the CharterUP platform. Unfortunately, my past experience with CharterUP was extremely disappointing—without question, the most difficult I've encountered in 25 years in the industry. The service for a group over several days in NYC, Virginia, and DC was plagued with issues ( Bus with urine smell, other with many graffitis on the outside, extremely damages, windows not fixed when the bus was moving, AC issues, microphone not working and so on...) Every day, there was something new. I strongly urge you to reconsider your partnership with CharterUP. I will no longer work with them, and as long as your company is affiliated—where CharterUP handles quotes, contracts, and customer service—I won't be able to work with you either. Their team was unresponsive to fixe issues, would lie to say a new bus was on the way, and it never showed up so when problems arose, and given the condition of the buses they sent, problems are inevitable.
